Background: Eyebrows play an important role in protecting the eyes, and also transmit facial expression. Restoration of eyebrow loss after deep thermal burns is a challenging task because a scarred recipient area may affect the success rate of the hair transplantation outcome. Trials to improve this outcome via preparation of pretransplantation recipient area are mandatory.

A well-made chitosan-PVP block copolymer platform was equipped with highly ordered and uniform nano-channels. This highly adhesive block copolymer platform was designed to ensure the efficient co-delivery of two synergistic-acting hypoglycemic drugs. Linagliptin oral bioavailability is 30% due to poor permeability and intestinal degradation.

Abnormal hyperpolarization of the KCNK4 gene, expressed in the nervous system, brain, and periodontal ligament fibroblasts, leads to impaired neurotransmitter sensitivity, cardiac arrhythmias, and endocrine dysfunction, as well as, progressive cell proliferation. De novo gain of function variants in the KCNK4 gene were reported to cause a recognizable syndrome characterized by facial dysmorphism, hypertrichosis, epilepsy, intellectual/developmental delay, and gingival overgrowth (FHEIG, OMIM# 618381). FHEIG is extremely rare with only three reported cases in the literature.

Telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) that specifically blocks angiotensin II type-1 receptors (AT1R). Telmisartan has been proven to have antidiabetic effects via a variety of mechanisms, and it can be utilized in some diabetic patients due to its dual benefit for hypertensive patients with type 2 DM (T2DM) and when the other oral antidiabetic medications are intolerable or contraindicated. However, its precise underlying hypoglycemic mechanism is still obscure.

Myositis ossificans of the temporalis muscle results in a cosmetic problem both before and after treatment because of the preoperative swelling and the postoperative defect respectively. The authors hypothesized that a patient-specific Polyether-ether ketone implant can be appropriate for immediate obliteration and reconstruction of such defect benefiting from the accuracy of CAD/CAM technology and computer-guided maxillofacial surgery. A Forty-year-old male patient with myositis ossificans affecting the left temporalis muscle was treated with a computer-guided surgical approach, a patient-specific implant was fabricated to obliterate the defect and avoid temporal hollowing using PEEK material.

Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (iCCA) is a rare biliary tract cancer with high mortality rate. Complete resection of the iCCA lesion is the first choice of treatment, with good prognosis after margin-negative resection. Unfortunately, only 12%-40% of patients are eligible for resection at presentation due to cirrhosis, portal hypertension, or large tumor size.

Introduction: Dental erosion has a great effect on oral health, when diagnosed it is irreversible, this sets the importance of different preventive measures being investigated against dental erosion.
Aim: This in vitro study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of silver diamine fluoride and Potassium iodide (SDF-KI) in comparison to casein phosphopeptide-amorphous calcium phosphate fluoride (CPP-ACPF) varnish, sodium fluoride (NaF) varnish, silver diamine fluoride (SDF) alone and deionized water as a control group in the prevention of dental erosion in primary teeth and assessing its staining effect.
Materials And Methods: Forty deciduous teeth enamel specimens were randomly allocated into the five study groups.

Introduction: This paper describes the creation and preliminary results of a patient-driven registry for the collection of patient-reported outcomes (PROs) and patient-reported experiences (PREs) in Behçet's disease (BD).
Methods: The project was coordinated by the University of Siena and the Italian patient advocacy organization SIMBA (Associazione Italiana Sindrome e Malattia di Behçet), in the context of the AIDA (AutoInflammatory Diseases Alliance) Network programme. Quality of life, fatigue, socioeconomic impact of the disease and therapeutic adherence were selected as core domains to include in the registry.

Background: Spontaneous third ventriculostomy (STV) is a rare occurrence in cases of obstructive hydrocephalus where the walls of the third ventricle rupture, communicating the ventricular system, and the subarachnoid space leading to arrest of active hydrocephalus. We aim to review our series of STVs while reviewing previous reports.
Methods: A retrospective review of cases undergoing cine phase-contrast magnetic resonance imaging (PC-MRI) from 2015 to 2022 of any age with imaging evidence of arrested obstructive hydrocephalus was performed.

Antibody-drug conjugates (ADC) are considered to be fast-growing innovative biopharmaceuticals. The science used for conjugating potent cytotoxic payload to the targeted monoclonal antibody through a chemical linker has played a great value in the area of oncology treatment. In this study; Polatuzumab vedotin (POLA) and Brentuximab vedotin (SGN-35) were subjected to various stress conditions enclosing different pH, thermal stress, agitation, and successive cycles of freeze and thaw in order to produce potential degradation by-products and guarantee the appropriateness of the applied testing protocol.

Statement Of Problem: Preparation design has been linked to restoration survival, and the finish line geometry, such as a deep chamfer or shoulder, has been linked to marginal integrity. However, limited data are available for restoration success with the feather-edge finish line when used with monolithic zirconia crowns with different occlusal reduction schemes.
Purpose: The purpose of this randomized clinical trial was to evaluate the clinical performance of 2 finish line designs (feather-edge and rounded shoulder) in relation to 2 occlusal designs (flat and planar) in endodontically treated teeth restored with monolithic zirconia crowns.
