Objectives: To evaluate clinical characteristics associated with survival in patients with metastases to the penis.
Methods: After approval by the IRB, records of collaborating centres in Leuven, London, Rostock, Amsterdam and Tampa were screened for men presenting with metastatic disease to penis. Multivariate logistic regression analyses were used to identify covariables associated with survival.

Developments within the field of image-guided surgery are ever expanding, driven by collective involvement of clinicians, researchers, and industry. While the general conception of the potential of image-guided surgery is to improve surgical outcome, the specific motives and goals that drive can differ between the different expert groups. To establish the current and future role of intra-operative image guidance within the field of image-guided surgery a Delphi consensus survey was conducted during the 2 European Congress on Image-guided surgery.

Predicting response to definitive treatmentsis a fascinating challenge which develops throughthe evolution of a panel of convincing molecularbiomarkers capable of adding in clinical decissionsdespite interpatient and intratumoral heterogenicity.Muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC) can be locallytreated either with radical cystectomy (RC) with or withoutneoadyuvant chemotherapy or bladder preservationapproaches such as trimodal therapy (TMT) includingmaximal transurethral resection of bladder tumor(TURBt) followed by external beam radiotherapy withconcurrent systemic radio-sensitizing chemotherapy.Conventional or novel/targeted systemic agents areessential parts of perioperative multidisciplinary managementconsidering both neoadjuvant and adjuvantsetting.

Objective: Most guidelines advise no adjuvant radiotherapy in vulvar squamous cell carcinoma and a single occult intracapsular lymph node metastasis. However, several recent studies have questioned the validity of this recommendation. The aim of this study was to analyze the groin recurrence rate in patients with a single intracapsular positive lymph node treated without adjuvant radiotherapy.

Background: Benchmarking on an international level might lead to improved outcomes at a national level. The aim of this study was to compare treatment and surgical outcome data from the Swedish National Register for Oesophageal and Gastric Cancer (NREV) and the Dutch Upper Gastrointestinal Cancer Audit (DUCA).
Methods: All patients with primary oesophageal or gastric cancer who underwent a resection and were registered in NREV or DUCA between 2012 and 2014 were included.

Introduction: The extent of lymph node dissection (LND) and its potential survival benefit are still a matter of debate. Aim of our review was to summarize the latest literature data regarding the surgical templates, the potential oncological benefits, the functional outcomes and the complications of extended lymph node dissection (eLND) during robot-assisted radical prostatectomy (RARP).
Evidence Acquisition: We systematically reviewed all relevant studies using PubMed, MEDLINE, Embase, American Urological Association (AUA), European Society of Medical Oncology (ESMO) and European Association of Urology (EAU) guidelines.

Background: Bladder cancer is a leading cause of morbidity and mortality. Despite recent advances in understanding its molecular biology, the 5-year survival for muscle-invasive disease (muscle-invasive bladder cancer [MIBC]) remains approximately 50%. Although neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) offers an established 5% absolute survival benefit at 5 years, only the 40% of patients with a major tumor response appear to benefit.

Purpose: To investigate the heart position variability in deep-inspiration breath-hold (DIBH) radiation therapy (RT) for breast cancer when 3D surface imaging would be used for monitoring the BH depth during treatment delivery. For this purpose, surface setup data were compared with heart setup data.
Materials And Methods: Twenty patients treated with DIBH-RT after breast-conserving surgery were included.
Background: Mammographic screening has led to a proportional shift toward earlier-stage breast cancers at presentation. We assessed whether the method of detection provides prognostic information above and beyond standard prognostic factors and investigated the accuracy of predicted overall and breast cancer-specific survival by the computer tool Adjuvant! among patients with screen-detected, interval, and nonscreening-related carcinomas.
Methods: We studied 2592 patients with invasive breast cancer who were treated at the Netherlands Cancer Institute from January 1, 1990, through December 31, 2000.
