To explore the expression and prognostic value of UHRF1 gene in soft tissue sarcoma (STS) and its related molecular mechanism. The expression data and clinicopathological parameters of STS were downloaded from the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA). The expression level of UHRF1 in STS and adjacent tissues and its relationship with clinicopathological characteristics were analyzed.

Extraskeletal Ewing sarcoma of the stomach: A rare case report.

Background: Extraskeletal Ewing sarcoma (EES) is a rare and highly malignant small round cell tumor associated with a poor clinical outcome. Ewing sarcoma (ES) involving the stomach is an uncommon presentation and can be easily confused with other small round cell tumors. We herein present a rare case of ES involving the gastric area.

Background: The mortality and recurrence of patients with cancer is of high prevalence. Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) forkhead box P4 antisense RNA 1 (FOXP4-AS1) is a promising lncRNA. There is increasing evidence that lncRNA FOXP4-AS1 is abnormally expressed in various tumors and is associated with cancer prognosis.
