Background:  The Modified Naranjo Criteria for Homeopathy (MONARCH) inventory is a novel and useful tool for assessing the likelihood of a causal relationship between the homeopathic intervention and the ultimate clinical outcome.

Objectives:  To explain and elaborate on the use of the MONARCH inventory to improve its consistency of use and thereby elevate the overall quality and evidentiary value of homeopathy case reports.

Unlabelled: To compare the difference between primary homoeopathic and conventional paediatric care in treating acute illnesses in children in their first 24 months of life. One hundred eight Indian singleton newborns delivered at 37 to 42 weeks gestation were randomised at birth (1:1) to receive either homoeopathic or conventional primary care for any acute illness over the study period. Chronic lower limb lymphedema is a challenging and often debilitating medical condition characterized by the abnormal accumulation of lymphatic fluid in the extremities, leading to persistent swelling and discomfort. Methods: Purposive sampling was adopted for the selection of information-rich case reports using pre-defined criteria. Eligible case reports had to fulfil a minimum of nine items of the CARE Clinical Case Reporting Guideline checklist and a minimum of three of the homeopathic HOM-CASE CARE extension items.

Homoeopathy for the treatment of lichen simplex chronicus: a case series.

Twenty-seven patients with chronic lichen simplex involving various parts of the body were treated. Hydrocotyle was prescribed to 21 patients in different potencies (6c, 30c, 200c, 1 M, 10 M), Thuja to three patients (1 M, 10 M), Graphites (6c), Kali bich (30c) and Sulphur (200c) to one patient each during 1 year study period. Only two patients showed complete improvement with Thuja and one with Graphites.

Reiter's disease treated with Nux vomica.
