This prevalence study was exclusively for the goitre detection in individuals who has no prior awareness of thyroid disorder and also those patients giving history of signs and symptoms of such conditions. Subjects underwent investigations for (T3, T4, TSH and FNAC) to analyze status and type of Goitre. Of the first 30 cases, only 8 cases were investigated and later on personal interest for confirmation of goitre disorder prevalence additional 70 cases were assessed of which 51 cases were investigated.

Myringoplasty is one of the commonest operations performed on the middle ear. Our aim was to compare the results of endoscopic permeatal myringoplasty with that of conventional myringoplasty by post aural approach using operating microscope. A total of 120 patients having central perforation of tympanic membrane were randomly divided into two equal groups of 60 patients each.

To compare the symptomatic improvement of nasal symptoms following septoplasty with partial inferior turbinectomy (groups A) versus septoplasty alone (groups B) and to assess the improvement of nasal symptoms in both surgical groups before and after surgery by NOSE scale. This Tertiary Hospital based study was carried out between August 2012 and April 2014. 60 cases with septal deviation and contralateral inferior turbinate hypertrophy.

Schwannomas are benign neoplasms of the peripheral nerves originating in the Schwann cells. They are rare and usually solitary, with clearly delimited capsules. They occur in the head and neck region in only 25 % of the cases, and may be associated with Von Recklinghausen's disease.

Granuloma annulare is a benign, self-limiting, inflammatory and granulomatous disease of unknown etiology occurring in both adults and children. An 18-month-old male child had multiple progressive annular plaques over the lower extremities. Clinical and histopathological features were consistent with granuloma annulare.

Cutaneous larva migrans or creeping eruptions is a cutaneous dermatosis caused by hookworm larvae, Ancylostoma braziliense. A 2-month-old female child presented with a progressive rash over the left buttock of 4 days duration. Cutaneous examination showed an urticarial papule progressing to erythematous, tortuous, thread-like tract extending a few centimeters from papule over the left gluteal region.
