Placental metastasis of maternal neoplasms is well documented in solid tumors, unlike hematologic neoplasms. We reviewed placental findings from deliveries complicated by maternal hematologic neoplasms exploring the prevalence and patterns of placental transmission and insufficiency. In the 8-yr study period, 11 cases were analyzed.
