Objectives: To estimate costs of pharmacotherapy of recurrent depressive disorder (RDD) in a hospital-based care.

Methods: In the study, we analyzed the real-world practice in hospital-based care and the costs of RDD pharmacotherapy. A total of 119 case histories of patients who received a diagnosis of RDD and were hospitalized in 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.

Unlabelled: The procedures for the provision of medical care in otorhinolaryngology and audiology-otorhinolaryngology contain a large number of requirements. The actualization of the orders has not been carried out for a long time, which is due to the lack of methodological formalized approaches for the formation of hypotheses regarding expedient changes. The article proposes an analysis of the results of state control, which will allow the formation of specific proposals for assessment by experts in the framework of the process of updating the procedures for the provision of medical care.

The back of the foot is a standard region for measuring transcutaneous oxygen tension (tcpO2) with a reliably determined threshold of ischaemia, but such measurement reflects blood supply of only a portion of angiosomes of the foot. Determining the reference values of tcpO2 in other regions of the lower extremity is of current importance. However, measuring the tcpO2 level on the plantar surface and in some other regions not uncommonly reveal a phenomenon of its steady decrease instead of formation of a plateau.

This is the first time the process of organizing the Clinic of Eye Diseases at the Moscow University has been traced and systematized basing on archival documents and publications - from rendering three beds for ophthalmology patients within the surgical clinic in 1805 to the establishment of a separate department of ophthalmology and subsequent foundation of the Hospital Eye Clinic in the Devich'e pole (Virgin's field) district in 1892.
