The congenital bicuspid aortic valves usually become stenotic with severe calcification or regurgitant due to infective endocarditis (IE). However, pure aortic valve regurgitation without calcification or IE may be occurred. We report seven these cases out of 30 bicuspid valved patients who underwent aortic valve replacements.
