The infantile cerebral paralysis is a significant medical social problem and economic burden for family, health care system and state economy in general since such children require organization of accessible environment and life-long rehabilitation maintenance. The purpose of the study is content-analysis of normative legal regulation of medical social rehabilitation of children with infantile cerebral paralysis in the Russian Federation. The analysis of main normative legal documents established that medical social rehabilitation is implemented in concordance with norms of international legislation and is regulated by provisions of Federal laws and other normative legal acts of the Russian Federation and its subjects.

The step-wise analysis of applications for telemedicine consultation in 2019-2021 was carried out. They were conventionally classified by "in-coming" and "out-coming" information.

HPP is characterized by impaired bone mineral metabolism due to the low enzymatic activity of TNSALP. Knowledge about the structure of the gene and the features and functions of various ALPL gene variants, taking into account population specificity, gives an understanding of the hereditary nature of the disease, and contributes to the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of the disease.

The purpose of the study is to identify and systematize urgent problems and proposals for implementing innovations in medical and social care of disabled children in nursing homes. The analysis of official data and results of epidemiological study concerning disabled children aged 0-17 years resigning in nursing homes permitted to identify dynamics of changes in age structure of observed contingent, causes of disability and accessibility and quality of medical care and psychological pedagogical assistance. It was established that total number of disabled children living in nursing homes and their part among all disabled children is stable.

Background: Despite the many described techniques, surgical repair of iatrogenic nasal septal perforations is still challenging. The authors present a novel technique for endoscopic closure of postoperative and recurrent nasal septal perforations.
Method: The technique is based on the elevation of a vascularized flap from the L-strut area and the creation of the bed site without dissection of the surrounding septum.

Surgical methods for removing eyelid nevus are associated with a risk of developing such side effects as scarring or loss of eyelashes. Although current laser modalities have shown promising results, eyelid laser surgery may cause skin discoloration and noticeable scarring. Unlabelled: The sociological survey of medical specialists is summoned to identify problematic areas of organization nature in functioning of ultrasound service and to elaborate effective measures to eliminate them. The purpose of research: to study opinions of medical specialists concerning state and priority directions of enhancement of ultrasound diagnostics in children.
Materials And Methods: The survey of 196 medical specialists in ultrasound diagnostics was carried out using questionnaire that included questions on evaluation of functioning of corresponding medical organizations, ultrasound diagnostics included, satisfaction with their work and means of improving ultrasound service.

The method of expert evaluation was applied to analyze medical documentation of 1171 children aged 0-18 years that underwent ultrasonography. The analysis was applied to demographic data, number of previous ultrasonography, specialty of physician involved into investigation, children chronic diseases and type of ultrasonography applied.

Objective: Being increasingly faced with the problem of pediatric nasal septal perforations, we have found that the surgical management of nasal septal perforations in children is not widely described in the litrature. The objective of our study was to demonstrate the results of different surgical techniques, including two original endoscopic techniques, in the septal perforation repair in children.
Methods: 24 children, ranging between 6 and 17 years of age, with nasal septal perforations were operated using different endoscopic techniques from February 2015 to May 2019 at the special tertiary referral clinic.

The prevention of disability in children and support of families fostering disabled children and children with limited capacities in health are included into number of main priorities of the state social policy of the Russian Federation. Thereupon, the project "Childhood Decade" is an important stage that includes social care of disabled children and children with limited capacities in health and their integration in modern society according the Decree of the President on implementation of state policy in the field of family and children care. The underestimation of children disability is supposed to be present produced by such causes as social motivation of family, complicacy of legal official registration, harsh requirements of medical social expertise services, inadequate awareness of medical staff about criteria of disability.

Aim: To assess the safety and clinical and neurophysiological efficacy of xeomin in children with spastic equinus and equinovarus foot deformity in cerebral palsy.
Material And Methods: Sixty-four patients with spastic forms of cerebral palsy (levels I-IV on the GMFCS) were enrolled into this multi-center open-label comparative randomized trial. The patients were administered xeomin or botox once, each drug being administered to 32 patients.
