The Facilitated Immunoglobulin Administration Registry And Outcomes (FIGARO) Study was a European, multicenter, prospective, observational study conducted across Europe designed to provide insights on the clinical use and tolerability of facilitated subcutaneous immunoglobulin (fSCIG). Data herein are reported for the cohort of patients with secondary immunodeficiency (SID), with a subgroup analysis by age. The SID cohort included 31 patients: 1 pediatric, 15 adult, and 15 older adult patients.

Spinal cord injuries at the cervical spine level represent the most consequential of the related injuries at all levels of the spine. They can trigger permanent unilateral or bilateral damage with conspicuous disability. Regarding unstable injuries, the gold standard approach is open reduction and osteosynthesis, which can select between anterior and posterior surgical access.

The traditional trial paradigm is often criticized as being slow, inefficient, and costly. Statistical approaches that leverage external trial data have emerged to make trials more efficient by augmenting the sample size. However, these approaches assume that external data are from previously conducted trials, leaving a rich source of untapped real-world data (RWD) that cannot yet be effectively leveraged.

Context: Unlike other cancers, the concept of oligometastatic disease (OMD) in bladder cancer (BC) has not been systematically investigated. There is therefore a need to develop universally accepted definitions and guidelines for the management of oligometastatic BC (OMBC).
Objective: To conduct a systematic review to assist a European consensus group in producing a definition of OMBC and to provide recommendations on staging and local therapies.

Soft tissue and bone sarcomas are rare entities, hence, standardized therapeutic strategies are difficult to assess. Immunohistochemistry was performed on 68 sarcoma samples to assess the expression of PD-1, PD-L1, IDO and CD70 in different tumor compartments and molecular analysis was performed to assess microsatellite instability status. PD-1/PD-L1, IDO and CD70 pathways are at play in the immune evasion of sarcomas in general.

The advantages of human milk feeding, especially in preterm babies, are well recognized. Infants' feeding with breast milk lowers the likelihood of developing a diverse range of non-communicable diseases later in life and it is also associated with improved neurodevelopmental outcomes. Although the precise mechanisms through which human milk feeding is linked with infants' neurodevelopment are still unknown, potential epigenetic effects of breast milk through its bioactive components, including non-coding RNAs, stem cells and microbiome, could at least partly explain this association.

Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) is one of the most prevalent human malignancies and a global health concern with a poor prognosis despite some therapeutic advances, highlighting the need for a better understanding of its molecular etiology. The genomic landscape of OSCC is well-established and recent research has focused on miRNAs, which regulate gene expression and may be useful non-invasive biomarkers or therapeutic targets. A plethora of findings regarding miRNA expression have been generated, posing challenges for the interpretation and identification of disease-specific molecules.

Bladder cancer is one of the most commonly diagnosed genitourinary malignancies. For many years, the primary treatment for metastatic urothelial cancer (mUC) was predicated on the use of platinum-based chemotherapy. More recently, immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) were approved by regulatory agencies such as the US FDA for use in both the first- and second-line settings.

Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a chronic inflammatory, autoimmune disease of the Central Nervous System with a vast spectrum of clinical phenotypes. A major aspect of its clinical presentation is cerebellar ataxia where physiotherapy and treatment modalities play a significant role on its management. This systematic review aims to investigate the physiotherapeutic rehabilitation techniques regarding the management of cerebellar ataxia due to MS and secondary to stratify each protocol as part of a multi structural personalized rehabilitation approach based on the gravity of the symptoms.

Introduction: The Nurses of Hemodialysis Units: it is necessary to face HAIs (hospital-acquired infections) as a "well-tuned" teamwork. The aim of this study was to investigate the perceptions of the teamwork as well as the knowledge attitudes of the nurses of hemodialysis units on infection prevention in Greece.
Methodology: A cross-sectional survey was conducted with a sample of 1018 HCWs (health care workers) of hemodialysis units in Greece.

Hip pain is indubitably a frequent clinical problem deriving from copious etiologies. Hip impingement syndromes are one of the most prevalent causes of persistent groin pain, especially in young and active patients. Diligent imaging of the hip region is indispensable to discern femoroacetabular impingement, as the differential diagnosis of hip pain can be exceedingly arduous.

: The interactions between Diabetes Mellitus type II (DMII) and Multiple Sclerosis (MS) lead to higher levels of fatigue, higher risk of physical disability, faster cognitive decline, and in general a lower quality of life and a higher frequency of depression compared to the general population. All of the above accelerate the disability progression of patients with MS, reduce the patients' functional capacity, and further increase their psychological and economic burden. : This systematic review and meta-analysis aims to calculate the prevalence of DMII in the MS population.

Aims: Decongestion strategies for acute decompensated heart failure (ADHF) characterized by volume overload differ widely. The aim of this independent international academic web-based survey was to capture the therapeutic strategies that physicians use to treat ADHF and to assess differences in therapeutic approaches between cardiologists versus non-cardiologists.
Methods And Results: Physicians were invited to complete a web-based questionnaire, capturing anonymized data on physicians' characteristics and treatment preferences based on a hypothetical clinical scenario of a patient hospitalized with ADHF.

We examined changes in barbell velocity and surface electromyographic activity (sEMG) during the concentric (CON) and eccentric (ECC) phases of a bench press set. Ten men executed a set to instant exhaustion as fast as possible, against a low (40% 1-RM) and a heavy load (80% 1-RM), one week apart. The reduction in mean barbell velocity was lower in the ECC compared with the CON phase for both loads (40%1-RM: ECC: -36 ± 21% vs.
