The participation of military personnel in operations like the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO)/Joint Forces Operations (JFO) can lead to significant psychological trauma, potentially resulting in posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Understanding the effectiveness of psychotherapy in treating PTSD among ATO/JFO participants is crucial given its profound impact on personal relationships, life scenarios, and overall well-being. This study evaluates how acceptance and commitment therapy can alleviate PTSD symptoms and enhance well-being in Ukrainian military personnel with combat-related PTSD.

The article's main provisions are the development and application of a neural network method for helicopter turboshaft engine thermogas-dynamic parameter integrating signals. This allows you to effectively correct sensor data in real time, ensuring high accuracy and reliability of readings. A neural network has been developed that integrates closed loops for the helicopter turboshaft engine parameters, which are regulated based on the filtering method.

By blending advanced mathematical modeling with environmental science, this paper underscores the critical necessity for pioneering, proactive strategies in environmental management and policy formulation. Central to our approach is the simulation of interactions within a game-theoretic context, aiming to delineate optimal strategies for emission sources and regulatory bodies, factoring in legislative constraints and environmental ramifications.

One of the promising chemical groups for the development of new antihypertensive medicines, the action of which is associated with the inhibition of phosphodiesterase III (PDE3) activity, are phosphorylated oxazole derivatives (OVPs). This study aimed to prove experimentally the presence of the OVPs antihypertensive effect associated with decreasing of PDE activity and to justify its molecular mechanism. An experimental study of the effect of OVPs on phosphodiesterase activity was performed on Wistar rats.

This paper studies the microstructure, phase composition and tribological response of BT22 bimodal titanium alloy samples, which were selectively laser-processed before nitriding. Laser power was selected to obtain a maximum temperature just a little above the α↔β transus point. This allows for the formation of a nano-fine cell-type microstructure.

This paper focuses on the microstructure and tribological properties of novel hardfacing alloy based on Fe-C-Mn-B doped with Ni, Cr, and Si. The 4 mm-thick coating was deposited on the AISI 1045 carbon steel by the MIG-welding method using flux-cored wires in three passes. The transition zone thickness between the weld layers was ~80 μm, and the width of the substrate-coating interface was 5-10 μm.

The purpose of the study is to investigate the practical aspects of environmental pollution near motorways by dust particles formed during repair works and to identify specific ways to improve the overall environmental situation near highways and reduce the level of pollution during road maintenance. The leading approach is a systematic analysis of the problems of environmental pollution by dust emissions in general. The study results reflect the entire volume of research efforts made to determine the optimal composition of the concrete mixture for road repairs, which allows reducing the emission of dust particles into the surrounding roadside environment and improves the environmental situation on the roadside.

Corruption in healthcare has become transnational and intersectoral in nature; leading countries around the world have become vulnerable and insufficiently prepared to address health crises. The article deals with topical issues of corruption in healthcare during the Covid-19 pandemic in public and private sectors. By comparing different ratings, we concluded that there is a correlation between the level of corruption and the average annual income of the respective state, the observance of human rights and democratic standards in the context of their response to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The application of the latest technologies in biology and medicine has brought them to a qualitatively new level of possibilities. Worldwide, biobanking is actively developing through the creation of biobanks of various types and purposes, whose resources are used to solve therapeutic or scientific problems. Legal science remains an open question concerning the boundary that runs between the right to data protection and the scope of disclosure of data needed for medical purposes.

The relevance of the study is conditioned by the urgent need for the practical derivation of clear criteria for assessing the degree of influence of certain materials used in road construction on the state of the roadside environment directly during such works, including the overall environmental situation in the area. In this context, the main purpose of this study is to conduct an experimental investigation to determine the physical and mechanical properties and durability of some building materials used during road repair, to perform a comparative analysis of the results obtained to determine their optimal use in terms of influencing the state of the roadside environment during the repair of a highway section. The leading method in this study is a combination of a systematic analysis of the influence of various materials on the state of the roadside environment during the repair with experimental studies.

The developed method of steganographic hiding of text information in an audio signal based on the wavelet transform acquires a deep meaning in the conditions of the use by an attacker of deliberate unauthorized manipulations with a steganocoded audio signal to distort the text information embedded in it. Thus, increasing the robustness of the stego-system by compressing the steganocoded audio signal subject to the preservation of the integrity of text information, taking into account the features of the psychophysiological model of sound perception, is the main objective of this scientific research. The task of this scientific research is effectively solved using a multilevel discrete wavelet transform using adaptive block normalization of text information with subsequent recursive embedding in the low-frequency component of the audio signal and further scalar product of the obtained coefficients with the Daubechies wavelet filters.

This article proposes a novel approach to assess the degree of activity of pulmonary tuberculosis by active tuberculoma foci. It includes the development of a new method for processing lung CT images using an ensemble of deep convolutional neural networks using such special algorithms: an optimized algorithm for preliminary segmentation and selection of informative scans, a new algorithm for refining segmented masks to improve the final accuracy, an efficient fuzzy inference system for more weighted activity assessment. The approach also includes the use of medical classification of disease activity based on densitometric measures of tuberculomas.

The research purpose of the article is to determine current issues and prospects of rehabilitation of participants and victims of armed conflicts and hostilities in pandemic, postpandemic, and new world's order conditions. By using the dialectical method, theoretical background and current issues of rehabilitation of participants and victims of armed conflicts and hostilities have been investigated, and the modern challenges concerning this issue have been outlined. The article concluded that only a complex repair of health of participants and victims of armed conflicts and hostilities, which, on the one hand, includes medical, physical, psychical practices, and experience for bodily intact ones, and, on the other hand, obligatorily involves the possibility of cyber technology use to be integrated physically into bodily injured ones, may lead to desirable results of their rehabilitation in pandemic and postpandemic conditions of new world's order.

This study proposes a new criterion for choosing the optimal decision in a game against nature under a partial a priori uncertainty. The paper's main novelty consists in examining the situation when a part of the a priori probabilities of states of nature is known, and the other part is unknown. We prove the theorems for choosing the optimal decision as for the payoff and risk matrix, as well as for the profit matrix in the situation of a partial a priori uncertainty.
