Fetal arrhythmias are a life-threatening disorder occurring in up to 2% of pregnancies. If identified, many fetal arrhythmias can be effectively treated using anti-arrhythmic therapies. In this paper, we present a novel method of detecting fetal arrhythmias in short length non-invasive fetal electrocardiography (NI-FECG) recordings.

Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: In the course of the study, a comparative analysis of the legal means used by some states in the field of biological protection of marriage was carried out. First of all, a study was carried out of the family legislation of states with different approaches to the system of premarital medical examination of persons entering into marriage.

Repair procedures with the use of composite patches are considered to be the most effective among the current technologies of repair of the structures of various applications. In the process of moulding-on of a patch made of polymeric composite material by means of curing, technological stresses arise in the patch. Determination of residual technological stresses is a priority task for the modelling of the repair process.

There is an urgent problem of finding an economically viable method of maintenance and restoration of the bearing capacity of structures of various applications. Repair of structures with patches made of polymeric composite materials is one of the most promising repair technologies. However, an improper choice of parameters of the composite patch leads to unjustified increase in the structure mass and the cost of its further operation.

The shipbuilding industry, engine manufacturing, aviation, rocket and space technology are promising fields of application for polymeric composite materials. Shape-generating moulding tools with internal heating are used for the creation of a more economically viable method of moulding of internally heated composite structures. The use of a fine-fibered resistive structure in the heated tools allows implementation of effective heating of the composite and elimination of the need for expensive and energy-intensive heating equipment.

Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: A total of 136 CSF samples from 68 patients with herpesviral M and ME were collected. The control group consisted of patients with acute respiratory infection and meningismus.
Objective: The aim: To identify the issues that arise in states that consolidate different approaches to the use of surrogacy technologies and formulate the main trends towards unification of legislation in this area.
Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: The study used a complex of general scientific and special methods of cognition, in particular, dialectical, generalizing, comparative legal and others. The research is based on the national and international legislation of different countries, the jurisprudence of national courts and the practice of the ECHR, doctrinal research by scientists from different countries.

Objective: The aim: Evaluation of stress-protective effects of various anesthetic techniques on Cesarean section (CS).
Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: 127 pregnant women who delivered by cesarean section, were divided into 4 subgroups: 1a (n = 31) - general anesthesia (GA) with ketamine, 1b (n = 31) - GA with sodium thiopental, 2a (n = 31) - spinal anesthesia (SA), 2b (n = 34) - SA with intravenous administration of ondansetron at a dose of 8 mg. The assessment was performed at 5 stages: 1 - initial; 2 - infant extraction; 3 - 6 hours after surgery; 4 - 12 hours after surgery.

In this paper an optimized multidimensional hyperspheres packing problem (HPP) is considered for a bounded container. Additional constraints, such as prohibited zones in the container or minimal allowable distances between spheres can also be taken into account. Containers bounded by hyper- (spheres, cylinders, planes) are considered.

Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: Sixty-five cases, divided into 2 groups: Group I - severe As (n=20), Group 2 - severe As+MS (n=45). The general clinical examination included fasting blood glucose, insulin level, HOMA-IR index, body mass index (BMI), spirometry, levels of ММР-9, МСР-1, IL-8 and IL-12.
Objective: The aim: To establish features of structural and functional changes in myocardium, carbohydrate and lipid metabolism, in patients with different outcomes of chronic heart failure (CHF), caused by IHD and DM type II.
Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: Examination of 100 patients who have CHF with IHF and DM type II was performed. Patients were divided in two groups, according to outcome: group I (n = 66) - patients with favorable outcome, mean age 60,0 [55,8; 63,3] years, group II (n = 34) - unfavorable outcome of CHF, mean age 58,0 [55,0;60,3] years.
The article highlights the problem of salmonellosis among the population of the Kharkov region, Ukraine. Three time series were used for calculations: a series of incidence rates for men, a series of incidence rates for women and a series of incidence rates for the general population, each of the series was an ordered set of monthly values from December 2015 to December 2018. It was revealed that the most effective tool for analyzing these statistical data is the use of the autoregressive moving average model (ARIMA).

In 60 patients with H stage II (group 1), and 96 patients with H and DM2T (group 2) lipid metabolism indexes (total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C)), anthropometric parameters were measured. Relative telomeres length (RTL) was determined by a real time quantitative PCR.

Objective: To assess whether noninvasive fetal electrocardiography (NI-FECG) enables the diagnosis of fetal arrhythmias.
Methods: A total of 500 echocardiography and NI-FECG recordings were collected from pregnant women during a routine medical visit in this multicenter study. All the cases with fetal arrhythmias (n = 12) and a matching number of control (n = 14) were used.

Background: Complete atrioventricular block in fetuses is known to be mostly associated with autoimmune disease and can be irreversible if no steroids treatment is provided. Conventional methods used in clinical practice for diagnosing fetal arrhythmia are limited since they do not reflect the primary electrophysiological conduction processes that take place in the myocardium. The non-invasive fetal electrocardiogram has the potential to better support fetal arrhythmias diagnosis through the continuous analysis of the beat to beat variation of the fetal heart rate and morphological analysis of the PQRST complex.
