Endometrial stromal sarcoma (ESS) arising in the vagina is an extremely rare extrauterine endometrial stroma sarcoma, with only 4 cases reported in the literature up to date. Here we report a case of neoplasm originating from vagina. A 32-year-old woman complained of intermittent vaginal bleeding especially after intercourse.
