is an emerging food-borne pathogen responsible for two types of food poisoning: emetic and diarrhoeal type. Here we report an emetic type of food-borne illness attributable to On 2nd February, 2021, 202 people suffered from pain in abdomen and vomiting after consuming the rice provided during a public gathering in Diphu, Assam. Culture of leftover fried rice showed growth of group of organisms.

Background And Aims: There is limited data on the effects of norepinephrine on neonatal outcomes and maternal complications relative to other vasopressors. The study aimed to compare neonatal outcomes and maternal complications after bolus intravenous doses of phenylephrine and norepinephrine for post-spinal hypotension in elective caesarean section women.
Methods: This randomised study was done on 100 elective caesarean section women under spinal anaesthesia.

Research Design And Methods: A systematic review of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) comparing personalized versus standard strategy for initial thiopurine dosing was performed. The electronic databases were searched on 27 September 2022.
Background The vertebral arteries (VA) nourish the posterior cerebral circulation. Planning neck and cervical interventions like drilling and instrumentation, which involves VA manipulation, require an in-depth acquaintance with the normal and variant patterns encountered in the origin and course of the VA. Embryological events involved in forming these variant patterns can be correlated to their prior disposition in the lower vertebrate's understanding which becomes crucial while planning cervical interventions.
