Purpose: A single-center retrospective study was performed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of minimally invasive irreversible electroporation (IRE) to treat metastatic adrenal tumors.
Materials And Methods: This single-center study, approved by the Institutional Review Board, retrospectively analyzed six patients who underwent image-guided percutaneous IRE for adrenal metastases. Pre-procedural imaging included CT, MRI and/or F-FDG PET-CT scans.

Materials And Methods: Data was extracted from Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results database from 2000 to 2020 to include 194 patients who underwent ablation for iCCA. Patient demographics, overall survival (OS), and cancer-specific survival (CSS) were retrieved.

Introduction: Dercum's disease, also known as adiposis dolorosa, is a rare syndrome characterized by the growth of multiple, and painful, subcutaneous adipose tissues that commonly present in the abdomen and extremities. The scientific community hypothesizes that Dercum's disease is a combination of neurologic and endocrine disorders. Patients commonly describe it as chronic adipose pain, which manifests as sporadic painful flares throughout their history with the disease.

Objective: Seasonal variations in testosterone levels have been reported in some studies, but the results are inconsistent. In this study, we aimed to determine if clinically relevant seasonal variability in testosterone levels exists using a large cohort of men from 2 different institutions, 1 located in an area with seasons (Pittsburgh, Pa) and 1 without seasons (Miami, Fla).
Methods: Using 2 institutional databases, testosterone levels were obtained for men ages 18-99 from 2010 to 2021 who had at least 2 morning testosterone levels drawn within a 2-year period.

Rupture of the pectoralis major muscle typically occurs in the young, active male. Acute management of these injuries is recommended; however, what if the patient presents with a chronic tear of the pectoralis major? Physical exams and magnetic resonance imaging can help identify the injury and guide the physician with a plan for management. Nonoperative management is feasible, but is recommended for elderly, low-demand patients whose functional goals are minimal.

Rare retroperitoneal recurrence of clear cell renal cell carcinoma highlights the risk of tumor violation during surgery. A 61-year-old female with recurrent RCC in the retroperitoneum is presented six years after partial nephrectomy. Purpose: Cubital tunnel syndrome (CuTS) is the second most common compressive neuropathy of the upper extremity. We aimed to determine a consensus among experts using the Delphi method for clinical criteria that could be validated further for the diagnosis of CuTS.
Methods: The Delphi method was used for establishing a consensus among a group of expert panelists, comprising 12 hand and upper-extremity surgeons, who ranked the diagnostic clinical importance of 55 items related to CuTS on a scale from 1 (least important) to 10 (most important).
