Background: The epidemiology of adult-onset type 1 diabetes (T1D) incidence is not well-characterized due to the historic focus on T1D as a childhood-onset disease.
Purpose: We assess the incidence of adult-onset (≥20 years) T1D, by country, from available data.
Data Sources: A systematic review of MEDLINE, Embase, and the gray literature, through 11 May 2021, was undertaken.

Objective: To determine if changes in Day 1 to Day 4 serum human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) levels can predict treatment failure of single-dose methotrexate (MTX) in medical management of tubal ectopic pregnancies (EP).
Study Design: This retrospective cohort study was conducted at a tertiary level hospital. Files were reviewed for all women who received at least one dose of 50 mg/m intramuscular MTX for treatment of ultrasound-confirmed tubal EPs between 2013 and 2018.

Objective: To evaluate exercise-related glucose and counterregulatory responses (CRR) in adults with type 1 diabetes with impaired awareness of hypoglycemia (IAH) using hybrid closed-loop (HCL) insulin delivery to maintain glucose homeostasis.
Research Design And Methods: Twelve participants undertook 45-min high-intensity intermittent exercise (HIIE) and moderate-intensity exercise (MIE) in random order. The primary outcome was continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) time in range (70-180 mg/dL) for 24-h post-exercise commencement.

Background: Health-related quality of life (HRQoL) was a secondary end point in AGO-OVAR 16, which randomized 940 patients with EOC after first-line chemotherapy to maintenance pazopanib (PZ) or placebo (P). Additional post hoc analyses were carried out to investigate additional patient-centered end points.
Patients And Methods: HRQoL was measured with EORTC-QLQ-C30, QLQ-OV28 and EQ-5D-3L.
