The general medical practice in modernized primary health care units of Moscow medical organizations by its generalized statistical indicators takes the leading place in rating of health care organizations of the Subjects of the Russian Federation. The presented work examines the problem of ageism in the doctor-patient relationship, as well as the impact of this discrimination on the quality of medical care and the psychological state of patients. Ageism is defined as bias or discrimination based on age, which can manifest itself in various forms, including underestimation of symptoms in older patients and negative stereotypes towards younger patients. The text emphasizes that ageism violates trust between a doctor and a patient, which leads to a deterioration in communication, a decrease in the quality of diagnosis and treatment, as well as to the rejection of medical recommendations by patients.

The article considers state of nutrition of population of the USSR during post-war recovery period in 1949-1954 after cancellation of standardized distribution of food cards and implementation of currency reform in 1948.The constant annual increase of quantity and quality of ingested food up to end of studied period is demonstrated. The explanations are given to contradictory assessments by various researchers of efficiency of measures implemented by authorities to improve dietary intake of citizens.

The article presents results of quantitative sociological surveys based on original on-line questionnaire that allows to assess professional competence of otorhinolaryngologists in prescribing antibiotics to patients with acute and chronic rhinosinusitis. One of the most prominent Russian odontologists of the early twentieth century, privat-docent of the Imperial Moscow University Gilyariy Ivanovich Vilga was engaged in the problem of dental education reforming all his life. Considering dentistry, a branch of medical science, equal to its other branches, he considered the optimal model of higher dental education in institutes with a four-year course of study. As the chairman of the Moscow Dentistry Society and the chairman of the board of the Russian Union of Dentists, he presented this initiative to the commission of the State Duma in 1914, but the project was rejected; as a member of the Scientific Dentistry Commission, he attempted again to present his model of dental education in 1918, but the project was rejected by the board of the Dentistry subsection of the People's Commissariat of Health.

The purpose of the study is to analyze demand in medical care at diseases of circulatory system in women in age groups of 50-64 years old. The database of cases of medical care support of population age groups 50-64 years (the database of calls of Territorial Foundation of Mandatory Medical Insurance of the Moscow region) was used as primary information source. After correlation analysis of dependencies between indicators of demand in modeling, four indicators were left, three of them were volumetric and one frequency.

The article considers issues of potential of public organizations to develop conditions for healthy aging in order to ensure sustainable development of Russian regions differing in their socio-economic, socio-cultural and demographic characteristics.
