Background: The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is one of the most revolutionary changes in modern history. The combination of AI and Robotic surgery can be used positively for better patient outcomes.

Methods And Results: We aimed to conduct a review of AI and its role in robotic radical prostatectomy in modern day surgical practice.

Algorithmic Approach to Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia: An Indian Perspective.

Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is a prevalent condition affecting aging men, necessitating a comprehensive and evidence-based approach to diagnosis and management. This manuscript, through the summarization of the latest evidence, aims to establish a consensus among clinicians regarding optimal strategies for diagnosing and managing BPH, to improve patient care and outcomes in clinical practice. A panel of urologists conducted a comprehensive review of the literature by searching various databases and search engines (PubMed, Google Scholar, and Cochrane databases).

Can intraperitoneal bupivacaine decreases pain in patients undergoing laparoscopic live donor nephrectomy? A randomized control trial.

Purpose: To evaluate effect of intraperitoneal bupivacaine on postoperative pain in patients undergoing laparoscopic live donor nephrectomy.

Methods: Hundred patients undergoing laparoscopic live donor nephrectomy were included in the study and were divided randomly into two groups based on computer-generated randomization chart of fifty each. Patients were made familiar with VAS chart preoperatively.

Robotic repair of vesicovaginal fistula - initial experience.

Objective: The most common acquired fistula of the urinary tract is Vesicovaginal fistulae (VVF) (1) posing social stigmata for the patient as well as a surgical challenge for the urologist. Here we present our initial experience with Robotic assisted laparoscopic repair of VVF, its safety and efficacy.

Materials And Methods: Seven out of eight fistulas were post hysterectomy; five had undergone abdominal while two had laparoscopic hysterectomy while one was due to prolonged labour.

Robotic versus conventional laparoscopic pyeloplasty in children less than 20 kg by weight: single-center experience.

Purpose: To compare outcomes of robotic versus conventional laparoscopic pyeloplasty in children less than 20 kg by weight.

Methods: Nineteen patients undergoing RP and twenty-five LP under 20 kg by weight were compared retrospectively with respect to demographics and operative, postoperative, and follow-up data. For all cases, a lateral transperitoneal approach was used and all anastomoses were stented.

PCNL in the twenty-first century: role of Microperc, Miniperc, and Ultraminiperc.

Introduction: The indications for PCNL have seen a paradigm shift in the past decade. In the earlier years, PCNL was done for large-volume stones such as complex multiple calyceal calculi, staghorn stones. The advent of miniaturization of instruments ushered in smaller scopes, smaller retrieval devices, and energy sources.

Congenital duplication of the urethra with urethral diverticulum: a case report.

Duplication of the urethra is a rare congenital anomaly. Urethral duplication with the presence of diverticulum is a rare combination and to the best of our knowledge has  not been previously reported. We report a case of a 16 month old male child with duplication of the urethra and diverticulum arising from the ventral urethra.
