Introduction: Transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) is a non-invasive technique, used to modify the excitability of the central nervous system. Materials And Methods: This retrospective study was based on a review of the records of patients diagnosed with EAC, who underwent hysterectomy and systematic retroperitoneal lymphadenectomy at the gynecologic oncology clinics of three centers between January 2009 and January 2019.
Results: A total of 120 stage IIIC endometrioid-type EAC patients were included in the study.

Introduction: Migraine and epilepsy are two episodic disorders that share common pathophysiological mechanisms. The aim of our research was to assess the possible shared etiopathogenesis by analyzing the relations of headache, and seizure triggers, based on information obtained from a national cohort surveying the headache characteristics of 809 patients who had been diagnosed with idiopathic/genetic epilepsy.

Methods: A single-blind, randomized controlled trial was conducted with 44 CLBP patients.

Background: Inconsistent nomenclature and anatomical descriptions of regional anesthetic techniques hinder scientific communication and engender confusion; this in turn has implications for research, education and clinical implementation of regional anesthesia. Having produced standardized nomenclature for abdominal wall, paraspinal and chest wall regional anesthetic techniques, we aimed to similarly do so for upper and lower limb peripheral nerve blocks.

Objectives: In light of the growing popularity of paragliding, this cross-sectional study aimed to investigate the epidemiology of paragliding accidents, providing insights into the types and severity of injuries sustained as well as the body regions most commonly affected.
Methods: This cross-sectional retrospective study utilized data on adverse paragliding events on Mount Babadağ in Turkey, collected by the Muğla Sports Tourism Board (STB) between January 2020 and December 2021, with data sources including out-of-hospital STB forms and in-hospital electronic health records.
Results: Out of 241,420 paragliding flights, a total of 44 accidents were identified, with only three resulting in fatalities.

Introduction The objective of this study was to describe the modified Stoppa approach for anterior wall fracture fixation and to present our radiological and functional results of this approach. Materials and methods Between April 2013 and December 2019, 256 acetabular fractures operated with the modified Stoppa approach in our clinic were retrospectively reviewed, and 11 patients who were operated for anterior acetabular wall fractures with at least two years of follow-up were included in the study. Results The median amount of bleeding during surgery was found to be 450 ml (200-800), and the median operation time was 120 minutes (90-180).
