Background: Previous studies of the relationships between traits have focused on the natural growth conditions of wild plants. Urban garden plants exhibit some differences in plant traits due to environmental interference. It is unknown whether the relationships between the leaf traits of urban garden plants differ under distinct climates.

In order to reduce the stress response of animals in animal transportation, it is often used to feed the animals with sedative drugs combined with compound vitamin B. In this article, we will randomly divide 16 amur tiger into the control group and the experimental group. The drug intervention is carried out in the experimental group.

Plant MYB transcription factors control diverse biological processes, such as differentiation, development and abiotic stress responses. In this study, we characterized BplMYB46, an MYB gene from Betula platyphylla (birch) that is involved in both abiotic stress tolerance and secondary wall biosynthesis. BplMYB46 can act as a transcriptional activator in yeast and tobacco.

Gibberellin (GA) is a key signal molecule inducing differentiation of tracheary elements, fibers, and xylogenesis. However the molecular mechanisms underlying the effect of GA on xylem elongation and secondary wall development in tree species remain to be determined. In this study, Betula platyphylla (birch) seeds were treated with 300 ppm GA₃ and/or 300 ppm paclobutrazol (PAC), seed germination was recorded, and transverse sections of hypocotyls were stained with toluidine blue; the two-month-old seedlings were treated with 50 μM GA₃ and/or 50 μM PAC, transverse sections of seedling stems were stained using phloroglucinol-HCl, and secondary wall biosynthesis related genes expression was analyzed by real-time quantitative PCR.

Objective: To analyze the structure and function of PYGO1 protein with bioinformatics.

Methods: The bioinformatic methods and tools were used to analyze the physical and chemical properties, transmembrane region, hydrophobicity and hyrdrophilicity, secondary structure and functional category of PYGO1 protein.

Results: The bioinformatic analysis revealed that proline content was the highest of all amino acid residues in PYGO1 protein; the molecular formula was C(1943)H(2937)N(577)O(635)S(18) with a relative molecular mass of 45; and the theoretical isoelectric point was 6.

Bis(μ-2-carb-oxy-5-nitro-benzoato-κO:O)bis-[(2,2'-bipyridine-κN:N')chloridocopper(II)] dihydrate.

Acta Crystallogr Sect E Struct Rep Online

Department of Chemistry, Mudanjiang Normal College, Mudanjiang 157012, People's Republic of China.

The asymmetric unit of the title complex, [Cu(2)(C(8)H(4)NO(6))(2)Cl(2)(C(10)H(8)N(2))(2)]·2H(2)O, contains two half binuclear complex molecules and two solvent water molecules; the complete complex molecule is generated by the application of a centre of inversion in each case. Each independent Cu(II) cation is penta-coordinated within a distorted square-pyramidal environment defined by a two μ(2)-O atoms (derived from two 2-carboxy-5-nitrobenzoato anions), two N atoms (bipyridine ligand) and one Cl. Binuclear species are assembled into a two-dimensional supramolecular architecture parallel to (01[Formula: see text]) by O-H⋯O and O-H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds.

catena-Poly[[(1,10-phenanthroline)zinc]-μ-2,2'-oxydibenzoato].

Acta Crystallogr Sect E Struct Rep Online

August 2011

Department of Chemistry, Mudanjiang Normal College, Mudanjiang 157012, Heilongjiang Province, People's Republic of China.

In the title one-dimensional coordination polymer, [Zn(C(14)H(8)O(5))(C(12)H(8)N(2))](n), the Zn(II) ion is in a distorted octa-hedral coordination geometry with four O atoms from two carboxyl-ate groups in bidentate chelating modes and two N atoms from a 1,10-phenanthroline ligand. The two terminal carboxyl-ate groups bind the Zn(II) ions, leading to a chain along the c axis. Adjacent chains are further linked by inter-molecular π-π inter-actions with a shortest centroid-centroid distance of 3.

Bis[μ-4-(4-carb-oxy-phen-oxy)phthalato]bis-[triaqua-nickel(II)].

Acta Crystallogr Sect E Struct Rep Online

December 2010

Department of Chemistry, Mudanjiang Normal College, Mudanjiang 157012, Heilongjiang Province, People's Republic of China.

In the centrosymmetric binuclear title compound, [Ni(2)(C(15)H(8)O(7))(2)(H(2)O)(6)], the Ni(II) ion is in a distorted octa-hedral coordination geometry with O(6) donors, three from three water mol-ecules, the others from three carboxylate groups of two ligands. Extensive O-H⋯O hydrogen bonding connects the mol-ecules into a three-dimensional supra-molecular structure.

Aqua{6,6'-dimeth-oxy-2,2'-[propane-1,3-diylbis(nitrilo-methyl-idyne)]diphenolato}copper(II).

Acta Crystallogr Sect E Struct Rep Online

October 2009

Department of Chemistry, Mudanjiang Normal College, Mudanjiang 157012, People's Republic of China.

In the asymmetric unit of the title compound, [Cu(C(19)H(20)N(2)O(4))(H(2)O)], there are two independent mononuclear Cu(II) complexes. The coordination environment of each Cu(II) ion is square-pyramidal completed by two N atoms and two O atoms forming the basal plane, and one O atom of the water mol-ecule occupying the apical position. Neighbouring complexes are connected via O-H⋯O hydrogen bonds between the water mol-ecule and the meth-oxy group, forming a chain structure along the a axis.

Department of Chemistry, Mudanjiang Normal College, Mudanjiang 157012, People's Republic of China.

In the title compound, [Zn(C(8)H(7)O(2))(2)(C(10)H(8)N(2))], the Zn(II) atom is coordinated by four O atoms from two chelating 4-methyl-benzoate ligands and two N atoms from a 2,2'-bipyridine ligand, displaying a disordered octahedral geometry. C-H⋯O hydrogen bonds connect the complex mol-ecules into a three-dimensional supra-molecular structure.
