This case report highlights a 74-year-old female diagnosed with FMD incidentally during evaluation for deep vein thrombosis (DVT). Imaging revealed significant vascular anomalies, including a giant intracranial carotid aneurysm and a hypoplastic iliac vein with extensive collateral formation.

Introduction: The Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region is characterised by major health disparities and complex migration flows. Yet, because of a lack of epidemiological data, there is an urgent need to strengthen routine data collection around migrant health and to define key indicators towards migrant health monitoring. To address this problem, we aim to design and pilot test the Migrant Health Country Profile tool (MHCP-t) which can collate country-level data collection around migration health data, policies and healthcare provision.

A Novel session-based recommendation system using capsule graph neural network.

Session-based recommendation systems (SBRS) are essential for enhancing the customer experience, improving sales and loyalty, and providing the possibility to discover products in dynamic and real-world scenarios without needing user history. Despite their importance, traditional or even current SBRS algorithms face limitations, notably the inability to capture complex item transitions within each session and the disregard for general patterns that can be derived from multiple sessions. This paper proposes a novel SBRS model, called Capsule GraphSAGE for Session-Based Recommendation (CapsGSR), that marries GraphSAGE's scalability and inductive learning capabilities with the Capsules network's abstraction levels by generating multiple integrations for each node from different perspectives.

Isolated splenic tuberculosis in an immunocompetent child: A case report.

Introduction: Tuberculosis remains a major public health problem in developing countries. Isolated splenic tuberculosis is a rare form of extrapulmonary tuberculosis, with few cases documented in the literature, occurring mainly in immunocompromised individuals. This study investigates the adsorption mechanisms of VOC molecules (ethanol, acetone, and benzene) on both non-oxidized and oxidized SnO (110) monolayers and identifies the most suitable surface for gas sensing applications. For this, we examined structural properties, adsorption energies, density of states, gas responses, and recovery times.

Background: Ramadan fasting is a religious observance practiced regularly by Muslims and may have an effect on sleep quality, especially for athletes. Barley, a staple crop consumed and cultivated globally, is particularly susceptible to the detrimental effects of drought stress, leading to reduced yield production. Water scarcity adversely affects multiple aspects of barley growth, including seed germination, biomass production, shoot and root characteristics, water and osmotic status, photosynthesis, and induces oxidative stress, resulting in considerable losses in grain yield and its components.

Case Presentation: A 36-year-old patient, presented on postpartum day 4 a pelvic pain, physical examination finds patient in shock, Ultrasound showed an enlarged uterus with a discontinuity on the right lateral edge and abundant peritoneal fluid reaching Morison's pouch. The patient underwent a necessary total interadnexal hysterectomy due to the presence of a partial uterine necrosis.
