Colonic intussusception due to lipoma is extremely rare. Very few cases were reported in the literature of cecal lipoma leading to the intussusception of the whole proximal colon till the rectum. We report a rare case of a 39-year-old female patient with cecal lipoma causing colo-colonic intussusception involving the entire length of the proximal colon and the overall mass prolapsed into the pelvis that could be palpated in rectal examination.

Background And Importance: Spontaneous uterine rupture, especially in an unscarred uterus, is a rare pregnancy complication that can cause severe morbidity and mortality in both the mother and the fetus. The vast majority of uterine ruptures occur in the presence of a previous uterine scar, most commonly from a previous cesarean delivery. To our knowledge, here we reported the first case of spontaneous rupture of unscarred uterus in a term primigravida secondary to lethal skeletal dysplasia fetus (Type 1 Thanatophoric dysplasia) faced by a practicing clinician in an underdeveloped country (Somalia) with a successful outcome.

Background: End-stage renal disease (ESRD) in Somalia remains unexamined due to a lack of a national registry system, and the impact of the disease in the country is not estimated yet. The present study is the first report that aims to evaluate the epidemiological characteristics, causes, and dialysis-related factors associated with readmissions in ESRD patients who were going to routine hemodialysis.
Patients And Methods: This cross-sectional observational study enrolled 208 patients with ESRD.
Introduction: There are very few studies regarding pediatric urolithiasis (PU) reported from Africa, and to date, no data have been presented from Somalia. This study evaluated the sociodemographic and radiological characteristics, treatment, and outcome data of the PU patients treated at Somalia's only tertiary care center.
Method: The data of all patients diagnosed with urolithiasis during a 6-year period were reviewed.
