Background: According to epidemiological studies, endometrial carcinoma is one of the most frequently diagnosed malignancies of the female reproductive system, with an increasing incidence. Currently, the risk stratification of this neoplasm takes into account the stage, degree of tumor differentiation, histological type and depth of myometrial invasion. Since the publication of the last International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) staging system for endometrial cancer in 2009, numerous reports have appeared on the molecular characteristics of different types of endometrial carcinoma.

Introduction: Recently, the use of thoracoscopic methods in spinal deformity surgery has increased, however, the issue of the effectiveness of combining anterior release with posterior spinal fusion compared to single-stage posterior instrumentation remains controversial, which raises the issue of the effectiveness and feasibility of their use.
Purpose: To evaluate the effectiveness of endoscopic anterior release for thoracic scoliosis in children.
Material And Method: A retrospective analysis of the results of surgical treatment of 48 patients with idiopathic scoliosis of the thoracic spine aged 12-17 years, with a thoracic curve of more than 60°, was carried out.

Identification of a person by general group characteristics does not lose its relevance over a long period. An analysis of publications (2000-2023) devoted to the possibilities of using the sternum to determine gender and age showed a fairly large amount of work on this topic, with very promising results. The trend in the development of this area is the use of modern methods of medical imaging.

At the current stage of healthcare development, the inclusion of immunomodulators in the complex pharmacotherapy of various immunoinflammatory and viral diseases is widely discussed, but due to the lack of sufficient research and a broad evidence base, not all drugs with similar properties are used in medicine. According to the information obtained from the instructions for the use of immunomodulators, it was obtained that the main contraindications to their use include the prescription of children, pregnant women, and women during breastfeeding. In this study, we evaluated the effects of immunomodulatory drugs: aminodihydrophthalazindione sodium and meglumine acridonacetate, on the early developmental stages of Danio rerio (Zebrafish) embryos.

Introduction: Subacromial impingement syndrome is a common pathology that leads to a persistent decrease in the functioning of the affected limb and, as a consequence, a decrease in the quality of life and work ability of patients. According to various authors, the study of the effectiveness of treatment and rehabilitation of this pathology is quite widely presented in the literature: surgical, including arthroscopic operations, rehabilitation using various factors of physical therapy, manual and other practices. However, the issue of assessing the effectiveness of movement therapy, both alone and in combination with other therapeutic methods, remains relevant.

Introduction: As a prevention of falls in elderly people with chronic cerebral ischemia, it is necessary to carry out rehabilitation measures with the inclusion of training aimed at improving statolocomotor and cognitive functions, improving proprioceptive sensitivity and reaction speed to external stimuli.
Aims: To compare the effectiveness of inclusion of hardware balance training on Huber («LPG-Systems», France) and C-mill («Physiomed Elektromedizin AG», Germany) simulators in complex postural control rehabilitation programs for elderly patients with chronic cerebral ischemia (CCI).
Material And Methods: The study included 48 patients (19 men, 29 women), 81% of whom had moderate cognitive impairment.
Introduction: Among the available scientific literature, there are no publications addressing processes of self-regulation in the parasite-host population systems with reference to chronic infections, including the infection caused by the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV infection). The aim of the study is to assess manifestations of the epidemic process of chronic EBV infection through the lens of the basic tenets of the theory of self-regulation of parasitic systems.
Materials And Methods: The study was performed using data from scientific publications selected from such database sources as Scopus, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, PubMed, CyberLeninka, RSCI, etc.
Introduction: Flaviviruses, possessing natural neurotropicity could be used in glioblastoma therapy using attenuated strains or as a delivery system for antitumor agents in an inactivated form.
Objective: To investigate the sensitivity of glioblastoma and pancreatic carcinoma cell lines to vaccine strains of yellow fever and tick-borne encephalitis viruses.
Materials And Methods: Cell lines: glioblastoma GL-6, T98G, LN-229, pancreatic carcinoma MIA RaCa-2 and human pancreatic ductal carcinoma PANC-1.

The death rate from cancer is declining as a result of earlier identification and more advanced treatments. Nevertheless, a number of unfavourable adverse effects, including prolonged, long-lasting inflammation and reduced immune function, usually coexist with anti-cancer therapies and lead to a general decline in quality of life. Improvements in standardized comprehensive therapy and early identification of a variety of aggressive tumors remain the main objectives of cancer research.

Was to selectively determine the occurrence frequency of polymorphic alleles in candidate genes of hereditary predisposition to increased thrombosis (T) in persons with mechanical trauma of musculoskeletal system (MS), who died from pulmonary artery thromboembolia (PATE). A total of 48 deaths from PATE cases of sufferers with MS trauma. The character of single nucleotide polymorphisms carriage (SNPC) in 13 candidate genes of hereditary predisposition to increased T (in genes, responsible for the synthesis of plasma proteins of the hemostatic system, platelet factors affecting tension of vessel wall and folate cycle) was determined.

The aim of this study was to determine how sacubitril/valsartan compared with valsartan in an outpatient setting affects left ventricular remodeling in heart failure with reduced ejection fraction and functional (or secondary) mitral regurgitation (SMR) due to the effect of dual inhibition of the renin-angiotensin system and neprilysin. The outpatient study included 90 patients with chronic SMR who were followed up for 12 months. They received sacubitril/valsartan or valsartan instead of the more commonly used angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor enalapril for heart failure, in addition to standard medical therapy for heart failure.
