The use of washing machines to wash textiles gradually breaks down synthetic fibers like polyethylene terephthalate (PET) or polyester (PES) in diverse clothing materials, a process that is growing in notoriety because it generates microplastics (MPs). In this study, we investigated the emission of microfibers, including both microplastic fibers (MPFs) and natural fibers (MFs), from top-loading washing machines. The utilization of coconut diethanolamide (-CDEA) as a substitute polyol for petroleum-based polyol in fully biobased rigid polyurethane-urea foam (RPUAF) faces challenges due to its short chain and limited cross-linking capability. This study aimed to identify the helminth parasites of invasive anuran species in selected barangays in Butuan City, Philippines. In urbanized areas, invasive species dominate anuran diversity, and one of the primary threats they pose to native wildlife is the transmission of diseases and parasites. Out of the 91 collected individuals of invasive anuran species, was the most abundant (88 %), followed by (12 %) and (3 %).

Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are known to have a wide range of applications in various fields of discipline. In this research, the ability of metallic armchair (5, 5) CNT to detect acetaldehyde (CHO) was investigated using first-principles density functional theory (DFT) as implemented in Quantum ESPRESSO with the Generalized Gradient Approximation (GGA). The dataset was collected from the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist and NASA's POWER Prediction Of Worldwide Energy Resources (POWER) dataset agro-climate dataset from 2007 to 2021. Moreover, the data was processed using Extract, Transform, and Loading (ETL) method, and multivariate linear regression analysis was conducted to identify the agro-climates that significantly influence the production of irrigated and rainfed rice.
