Introduction And Objective: Elimination irrigation therapy has been proposed as a potential treatment for upper respiratory tract infections, particularly after the COVID-19 pandemic, due to its antiviral properties and mechanical cleansing effects. Additionally, a combination of mineral water with antibiotic therapy has shownto be effective in improving the course clinical infection and positively impact the immune system, potentially enhancing the normal state of microbiota state. The aim of the study is to investigate the influence of elimination-irrigation therapy using a combination of mineral water and ciprofloxacin on the interaction form of individual microbiota species of the upper respiratory tract mucous membrane.

Introduction And Objective: Past COVID-19 significantly worsens Chronic viral hepatitis C patients with concomitant NAFLD. The aim of the study was to assess effectiveness of including mineral water in the rehabilitation complex in patients with chronic hepatitis C with concomitant non-alcoholic fatty liver disease who contracted COVID-19.
Material And Methods: 71 patients with chronic hepatitis C with concomitant NAFLD wo contracted COVID-19 were examined.

Past infection with COVID-19 increases the risk of occurrence of thromboembolic events in veins and arteries, respiratory failure, and damage to the heart muscle, liver, and nervous system. Pro-health behaviors of patients who had been infected with SARS-CoV-2 are the determinant of maintaining and strengthening the state of health. We assessed health behaviors of convalescent patients after SARS-CoV-2 infection and determined the relationships between these behaviors and the selected social and demographic characteristics.
