Introduction: Breast cancer is the most common malignancy affecting women in US today. Radiotherapy used after breast-conserving surgery has been shown to decrease local recurrence while minimizing side effects. Peripheral neuropathy remains a common and well-known complication of radiotherapy for breast cancer; however, it is rarely associated with phrenic nerve palsy after treatment of breast cancer.

Background: Sarcomatoid squamous cell carcinoma is a rare and aggressive form of cervical cancer. We report a case of metastatic sarcomatoid squamous cell carcinoma (SSCC) of cervix that presented with an anterior chest wall mass.
Case: A 43-year-old Hispanic female presented with a two-month history of a central chest wall mass.

Hospital discharge data from Michigan for the years 1990 and 1991 were used to examine potential associations between pneumoconiosis and pulmonary hypertension, lung cancer, obstructive lung disease, and connective tissue disease among both men and women. Lung cancer, pulmonary hypertension, and obstructive lung disease were associated with coal workers' pneumoconiosis. Pulmonary hypertension and obstructive lung disease were associated with asbestosis and silicosis.
