Spine surgery has undergone significant advancements, particularly with regard to robotic systems that enhance surgical techniques and improve patient outcomes. As these technologies become increasingly integrated into surgical practice, it is essential to evaluate their added value and cost savings. Hence, this study compared robot-assisted and navigation-based spine surgery, focusing on surgical efficiency.

Postpercutaneous nephrolithotomy pseudoaneurysm embolization - Immediate endovascular coil migration into the pelvicalyceal system causing obstruction.

Bleeding is the most dreaded complication after percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL). We report a case of post PCNL hematuria managed with selective angioembolization of the pseudoaneurysm. During the embolization, the emolization coil along with the glue migrated into the pelvicalyceal system from the pseudoaneurysmal cavity.

Violence in the emergency department: a quantitative survey study of healthcare providers in India.

Background: Workplace violence (WPV) in Emergency Departments (EDs) is an increasingly recognized challenge healthcare providers face in low-resource settings. While studies have highlighted the increased prevalence of WPV in healthcare, most of the existing research has been conducted in developed countries with established laws and repercussions for violence against healthcare providers. More data on WPV against ED providers practicing in low-resource settings is necessary to understand these providers' unique challenges.

Methods: The Association of VA and intervenTionAl Renal physicians (AVATAR) Foundation from India conducted a multinational online survey amongst nephrologists from the Asia-Pacific to determine the practice of IN in the planning, creation, and management of dialysis access.
