Oral calcium supplements were given to dairy cows after calving to increase blood Ca concentration and reduce the risk of hypocalcemia. Superovulation and embryo transfer techniques are important methods in cattle breeding. Combined with traditional superovulation protocols, immunization against inhibin can further improve follicular development and embryo yield. The aim of this study is to determine the efficacy of immunization against inhibin in improving the fertility of cattle through meta-analysis and to provide better clinical veterinary practice guidance.

Objective: To investigate the roles and mechanisms of miR-195-5p and forkhead box K1 (FOXK1) in rat xenograft models of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
Methods: Rat xenograft models of NSCLC were established. Evaluations of morphology of NSCLC cells and levels of Ki67 and P53 were detected by hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining and immunohistochemistry (IHC), respectively.
