Classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL) is considered a curable disease; however, approximately one-third of responders experience disease relapse following first-line therapy. Several studies have shown the efficacy of brentuximab vedotin (BV) in patients with relapsed/refractory HL. We present a retrospective analysis of 58 patients with relapsed/refractory HL treated with BV in a named patient program from 11 centers.

Asherman's syndrome has become a growing problem with the incidence of cesarean and endometrial surgical procedures. A surgical procedure that can damage to the basal layer of the endometrium is formed as intrauterine adhesion and can cause asherman's syndrome. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are characterized by some characteristics such as non-immunogenic, angiogenic, antifibrotic, antiapoptotic and antiinflammatory properties, also they support tissue repair by secretion of various factors and chemokines in cellular therapy.

Although it rather became a routine procedure to evaluate and use a cadaveric horseshoe kidney, using one from a living donor is quite rare. In this paper, we present methods we used during such a case which may benefit the procedures in the future. A 29-year-old female patient was considered for transplant and only viable living donor was her 59-year-old mother.

Introduction: Due to the availability and cost issues in developing countries of polysomnography (PSG), there is a need for outpatient test for an initial assessment of the patients with suspected obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).

Objectives: Epworth sleepiness scale (ESS) is a widely used and best-validated scale for assessing daytime sleepiness, including dozing when sitting quietly after a lunch (no alcohol). This study introduces a novel screen test called postprandial oximetry test (POT) used during daytime.

Kucukaydin) Department of Pathology, Konya Training and Research Hospital (Y.U.), Konya Department of Pathology, Yuzuncu Yil University School of Medicine, Van (G.B., S.O.), Turkey.

Laminin receptor 1 may have a role in the progression from endometrial hyperplasia with or without atypia to endometrial cancer. Therefore, we aimed to investigate the pattern, percentage, and intensity of laminin receptor 1 expression in normal, hyperplastic, and neoplastic endometrium. Paraffin blocks of 131 specimens with the diagnoses of normal endometrium (n=25), endometrial hyperplasia with atypia (n=21) or without atypia (n=55), and endometrial cancer (n=30) were immunostained with laminin receptor 1 antibody, and its expression percentage, pattern, and intensity in the epithelial cytoplasm, basement membrane, and endometrial stroma of these tissues were assessed.
