Purpose: To compare by age the safety, efficacy, and patient satisfaction after simultaneous laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) and small-aperture corneal inlay implantation (Kamra) for hyperopic presbyopia.
Setting: Shinagawa LASIK Center, Tokyo, Japan.
Design: Retrospective comparative cohort study.
