Background: The Fast Real-time Assessment of Combination Therapies in Immuno-ONcology study in patients with aRCC (FRACTION-RCC) was designed to assess new immuno-oncology (IO) combinations in patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma (aRCC). We present results in IO-naive patients treated with nivolumab (NIVO) + relatlimab (RELA) or NIVO + ipilimumab (IPI) in track 1.
Methods: The open-label, randomised, phase II FRACTION-RCC trial enrolled patients with aRCC from 32 hospitals and cancer centres across six countries.

Purpose: Lymphomas are a heterogeneous group of diseases that develop in individuals of all ages and have variable prognoses. Improved survival resulting from therapy advances has led to the emergence of diverse late effects. Although several (US)-based organizations have developed survivorship guidelines, the distinct features of lymphoma subtypes and diverse therapies used raise concerns regarding their applicability to lymphoma survivors.

Pulmonary sequestration is a malformation of lung tissue such that a zone of pulmonary parenchyma exists in isolation from the bronchopulmonary tree. This condition is typically treated with surgical resection, but an increasing number of sequestrations are being treated with arterial embolization. We report interventions that were performed at two institutions on patients 53-70 years old.

Virus-induced cellular condensates, or viral factories, are poorly understood high-density phases where replication of many viruses occurs. Here, by cryogenic electron tomography (cryoET) of focused ion beam (FIB) milling-produced lamellae of mammalian reovirus (MRV)-infected cells, we visualized the molecular organization and interplay (i.e.

Objectives: Care for people living with dementia predominantly takes place at home and is often characterized by multiple hospitalizations throughout the lengthy disease trajectory. Care transitions from the hospital often involve home health care. The purpose of this study was to explore communication challenges experienced by home health nurses to inform communication training needs for home-based dementia care.

Background: Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a central nervous system disorder marked by progressive neurological impairments. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) parameters are key paraclinical measures that play a crucial role in the diagnosis, prognosis, and monitoring of MS-related disability. This study aims to analyze and summarize the existing literature on the correlation between MRI parameters and disability in people with MS (pwMS).

Purpose: To examine how post-concussion changes to the N200 and P300 event-related potentials (ERPs) are associated with cognitive symptoms and neurocognitive performance.
Methods: High-density electroencephalography (EEG) was recorded during a Go/No-Go task from 16 young adults within one month after their concussion and 16 matched controls. Participants were also administered the Cognitive-Linguistic Quick Test (CLQT) and self-reported concussion-like symptoms.

Background And Objectives: Early treatment of multiple sclerosis (MS) reduces disease activity and the risk of long-term disease progression. Effectiveness of ocrelizumab is established in relapsing MS (RMS); however, data in early RMS are lacking. We evaluated the 4-year effectiveness and safety of ocrelizumab as a first-line therapy in treatment-naive patients with recently diagnosed relapsing-remitting MS (RRMS).

Binding multiple sites within proteins with bivalent compounds is a strategy for developing uniquely active agents. A new class of dual-site inhibitors has emerged targeting the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) anchored to both the orthosteric (ATP) and allosteric sites. Despite proof-of-concept successes, enabling selectivity against oncogenic activating mutations has not been achieved and classifying these inhibitors among kinase inhibitors remains underexplored.

Introduction: There are several options for receiving acute care besides emergency departments (ED), such as primary care physician (PCP) offices, urgent care centers (UCC), and telehealth services. It is unknown whether these alternative modes of care have decreased the number of ED visits for patients or whether they are considered before visiting the ED. A comprehensive study considering all potential methods of care is needed to address the evolving landscape of healthcare.

Background And Objectives: The performance of select neurosurgical procedures is being transitioned to an outpatient setting rather than an inpatient setting to increase healthcare cost-effectiveness. Despite numerous technological advancements in the treatment of unruptured intracranial aneurysms (UIAs), the procedures are solely performed in an inpatient setting. We aimed to compare the rate of short-term outcomes associated with inpatient endovascular treatment of UIAs with those for established outpatient neurosurgical procedures, including anterior cervical discectomy and fusions (ACDFs) and lumbar discectomies.

Nuclear atypia is a hallmark of cancer. A recent model posits that excess surface area, visible as folds/wrinkles in the lamina of a rounded nucleus, allows the nucleus to take on diverse shapes with little mechanical resistance. Whether this model is applicable to normal and cancer nuclei in human tissues is unclear.

Background: While clinical overlap between Kawasaki disease (KD) and multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children (MIS-C) has been evident, information regarding those presenting with shock has been limited. We sought to determine associations with shock within and between diagnosis groups.
Methods: The International KD Registry enrolled contemporaneous patients with either KD or MIS-C from 39 sites in 7 countries from January 1, 2020, to January 1, 2023.
