Rejection is still a critical barrier to the long-term survival of graft after liver transplantation, requiring clinicians to unveil the underlying mechanism of liver transplant rejection. The cellular diversity and the interplay between immune cells in the liver graft microenvironment remain unclear. Herein, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing analysis to delineate the landscape of immune cells heterogeneity in liver transplantation.

17-Year Follow-up of Comparing Mastoscopic and Conventional Axillary Dissection in Breast Cancer: A Multicenter, Randomized Controlled Trial.

Introduction: Longer follow-up was necessary to determine the exact value of mastoscopic axillary lymph node dissection (MALND).

Methods: From January 1, 2003, to December 31, 2005, 1027 patients with breast cancer were randomly assigned to two groups: MALND and CALND (conventional axillary lymph node dissection); 996 eligible patients were enrolled.

Results: The final cohort of 996 patients was followed for an average of 198 months.

BUSIS: A Benchmark for Breast Ultrasound Image Segmentation.

Breast ultrasound (BUS) image segmentation is challenging and critical for BUS computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) systems. Many BUS segmentation approaches have been studied in the last two decades, but the performances of most approaches have been assessed using relatively small private datasets with different quantitative metrics, which results in a discrepancy in performance comparison. Therefore, there is a pressing need for building a benchmark to compare existing methods using a public dataset objectively, to determine the performance of the best breast tumor segmentation algorithm available today, and to investigate what segmentation strategies are valuable in clinical practice and theoretical study.

Objectives: The changes of oxidative stress state, cell adhesion factor (sICAM-1) level, blood glucose, and blood lipid of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) assisted by insulin combined with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) prescription were detected to explore the effect of TCM treatment on maternal and infant outcomes of GDM.

Methods: A total of 60 patients diagnosed with GDM from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected. Among them, 30 patients were treated with insulin combined with TCM prescription (control group), and 30 patients were treated with nursing intervention based on control group (study group).

Background: A more extensive surgical resection of glioma contributes to improved overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS). However, some patients miss the chance of surgical resection when the tumor involves critical structures.

Methods: Eighty-four postoperative oral cancer patients in our hospital from May 2017 to February 2019 were selected and divided into observation group (42 cases) and control group (42 cases). The control group was treated with basic chemotherapy combined with basic nursing care, and the observation group was treated with TCM anticancer decoction and comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.
