Ataxia‑telangiectasia (A‑T) syndrome is a rare autosomal recessive disorder mainly caused by mutations in the A‑T mutated (ATM) gene. Methods: PubMed, Embase, Web of Science were used to search for studies that examined the prenatal, perinatal, and postnatal risk factors for children autism. A fixed-effects model or random-effects model was used to pool the overall effect estimates.

Background: To assess the efficacy and safety of oxcarbazepine (OXC) in the treatment of children with epilepsy.
Methods: Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) published in PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, Scopus, SinoMed (Chinese BioMedical Literature Service System, China), and Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure (China) database were systematically reviewed. Eligible studies were those that compared the efficacy and safety of OXC with other antiepileptic drugs in epilepsy.
