Diagnosis and management of chronic dislocations of the glenohumeral joint remain challenging. These dislocations usually occur in debilitated patients with a poor bone quality and they often have a decreased rehabilitation potential. Purpose: To compare the diagnostic accuracy and complication rates of sonographically guided vacuum-assisted and automated core-needle breast biopsy methods.

Materials And Methods: Sonographically guided biopsy was performed in 125 solid breast lesions found at mammography and observed at ultrasonography. Vacuum-assisted biopsy was performed in 61 lesions, while automated core-needle biopsy was performed in 64 lesions.

Purpose: To determine the primary success rate and follow-up results of renal artery stenting in controlling renovascular hypertension and renal failure in patients with renal artery stenosis.

Materials And Methods: Balloon expandable stents were placed in 40 renal arteries of 35 patients (16 men, 19 women; mean age 60, 1). Indications for treatment were hypertension alone in 11 patients, disturbed renal functions alone in 12 patients and hypertension associated with renal failure in eight patients.
