Background: Class II malocclusion is a common orthodontic issue characterized by the excessive protrusion of the upper teeth relative to the lower teeth. Early intervention during mixed dentition has been advocated to guide skeletal growth and potentially reduce the severity of malocclusion.
Materials And Methods: A comparative analysis was conducted to evaluate the efficacy of early (before the pubertal growth spurt) versus late (after the pubertal growth spurt) orthodontic intervention in managing Class II malocclusion.

Objectives: To evaluate and compare the efficacy of XP-endo Finisher R (FKG Dentaire, Le Locle, Neuchatel, Switzerland), EDDY (VDW Dental, Munich, Germany), and passive ultrasonic irrigation (PUI) as supplementary steps following the D-RaCe retreatment file system (FKG Dentaire) in the removal of root canal obturation material using cone beam CT.
Materials And Methods: A total of 45 two-rooted permanent maxillary first premolars were selected. Following access preparation, cleaning, and shaping with Hero Shaper (Micro Mega, Besançon, BFC, France) rotary file up to 25/04%, thermoplasticized obturation was performed with TotalFill BC sealer (FKG Dentaire) and gutta-percha.

Introduction: A good endodontic sealer aids in a successful root canal treatment. Sealer in turn depends on the thorough irrigation technique and debris removal. Hence, in the present study, we intend to compare the sealer's dispersion into dentinal tubules of the different irrigation systems by confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM).

Resorptive cells are responsible for the resorption of mineralized matrix of hard tissues. Bone-resorbing cells are called osteoclasts; however, they can resorb mineralized dental tissues or calcified cartilage and then they are called odontoclasts and chondroclasts, respectively. Resorptive cells form when mononuclear precursors derived from a monocyte-macrophage cell lineage are attracted to certain mineralized surfaces and subsequently fuse and adhere onto them for exerting their resorbing activity.
