Humeral shaft fractures are commonly seen orthopaedics injuries. Open reduction with internal fixation (ORIF) with plating is a gold standard procedure despite various issues such as infection, radial nerve palsy and no-nunion. Close reduction with interlocking nails (ILN) is not a very popular procedure.

Aim: To evaluate the oral health status of children with special healthcare needs (CSHCN) having either systemic illness or any disabilities.
Materials And Methods: A retrospective analysis of oral health status was done from Jan 2013 to Dec 2018 on 58 CSHCN (both genders) up to 16 years of age. The oral health status of patients was assessed with the decayed, missing, and filled teeth (DMFT/dmft) indices and simplified oral hygiene index (OHI-S) by using the World Health Organization (WHO) 2013 oral health survey criteria.

Aims: This finite element study was undertaken to evaluate the pattern of stress distribution around the implant and anterior teeth during en-masse retraction in the premolar extraction case. Displacement of the teeth and play of wire in the bracket slot were also evaluated to determine the most favorable height of the power arm attached to the arch-wire.
Materials And Methods: A three-dimensional (3D) finite element model of the maxilla was constructed using computed tomography (CT) scan.

Aim: To evaluate the buccal, lingual, mesial, and distal crestal bone around implant using CBCT analysis having buccal crestal bone width of 1 mm after placement of implant and after 3 months of loading.
Materials And Methods: Twenty-five patients between 18 and 60 years of age with adequate bone width and height were selected for this study with single or multiple missing teeth. Surgical stent was fabricated for all of them by using self-cure acrylic resin for selection of implant according to the availability of bone, and gutta-percha was used as radio-opaque marker to locate the implant site.
