Multiple observation studies and meta-analysis have linked growth hormone (GH) deficiency with metabolic-dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD). No meta-analysis has analysed the efficacy and safety of GH therapy on different aspects of MASLD. We undertook this meta-analysis to address this gap in knowledge.

Methods A dual approach was adopted, first a literature review of trauma training in LMICs over the past decade, along with a situational assessment survey.

We present a case of a 28-year-old male who was brought to the emergency department in a post-ictal state associated with blurring of vision and 1 vomiting episode. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) with angiography and venography of the brain was advised, and the brain parenchyma was found to be anatomically normal.
