Identification of Middle Mesial Canal in Mandibular Molars Using Five Different Techniques: An Study.

Aim: The purpose of the study was to find out the incidence of the middle mesial canal in mandibular molars by using five different techniques.

Materials And Methods: A total of 150 extracted human mandibular first molars were selected, and cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) images were taken. Then, conventional access cavities were made, followed by troughing under dental loupes (3X), and were also examined under a dental operating microscope (DOM) (6X).

Background: Peripheral neurectomy(PN)is a minimally invasive procedure, for the management of trigeminal neuralgi (TN)consisting of surgical avulsion of terminal branches of the trigeminal nerve.

Comparative evaluation of the compressive, tensile, and flexural strengths of paracore®, flourocore®2+, and multicore® resin-based core build-up materials - An study.

Aims: The study was aimed to evaluate and compare the compressive, diametral tensile, and flexural strengths of three different commercial resin based core materials and to single out the best resin-based core build-up material with respect to their physical properties among ParaCore® (Coltene Whaledent, USA), FlouroCore® 2+ (Dentsply International, USA), MultiCore® (Ivoclar Vivadent, Liechtenstein) with Miracle Mix® (GC America) core used as control.

Materials And Methods: One hundred and twenty samples were prepared, of which forty samples (10 of each material) were prepared in cylindrical stainless steel molds (height 6 mm, diameter 4 mm) for compressive strength measurements. Other forty samples (10 of each material) were prepared in cylindrical molds (diameter 6 mm, height 2 mm) for diametral tensile strength measurements.

Epidermoid cyst of the facial skin: an investigative case report.

Orofacial epidermoid cysts are rare entities that present as encapsulated, subepidermal painless masses, usually slow growing and asymptomatic. They are mostly limited to the floor of the mouth, tongue, lips, palate or jaws. Herein, we present an atypical case of epidermoid cyst originating from the left cheek facial epidermis in a 27-year-old male patient.
