Introduction: Russo-Ukrainian war is associated with application of high-energy weapon, causing severe multifragmental injuries to the bones an associating with severe bone defects. The aim of the study was to evaluate various methods to treat combat patients with severe defects of humerus and to demonstrate the experience of orthopedic war surgeons in managing gunshot injuries to the humerus defects in the ongoing war.
Patients And Methods: A 24 patients were active-duty military personnel of Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Introduction And Importance: The laryngopharynx wound is considered to be one of the most severe wounds of neck both in war and in peace, as it may cause life threatening changes in the whole body (asphyxia, bleeding, shock). Important aspects of surgical treatment are to ensure full breathing, acceptable ways of feeding, and the use of reliable wound closure techniques aimed to prevent digestive tract failure and to maintain the framework and aerostasis of the laryngotracheal region.
Case Presentation: A case of unilateral multiple wounds of the laryngopharynx was described in the article.
Objective: The aim: To demonstrate the features of clinical manifestations and complications that occur with delayed medical treatment in cases of gunshot shrapnel through a wound of the thigh with damage to the superficial femoral artery.
Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: The wounded individual, S., was 52 years old and had sustained a gunshot wound through a shrapnel wound of the left thigh with damage to the superficial femoral artery and soft tissue defect.

Introduction And Importance: According to the data from the American Urological Association (AUA) and the European Urological Association (EAU) (2020), kidney is the most frequently damaged organ of the genitourinary system. Kidney damage occurs in approximately 5 % of injured people and accounts for 24 % of traumatic injuries to abdominal organs. Surgical treatment remains the gold standard in unstable patients with gunshot and stab wounds.

Ukrainian Military Hospital retrospective analysis during a decade of conflicts (3995 records) unveils specific mental health ICD-10-CM distribution per rank and the long-lasting impact of active conflict or trench warfare. Most hospitalizations in all years of observation were among soldiers. Anxiety-related disorders have been present since 'peacetime', mainly among professional soldiers and high ranks, pointing to the need for rank-tailored psychological training in skills to reduce the anxiety burden.

Background: Pulmonary artery embolization due to projectile embolus is a rare complication in combat patients. Such embolization is rare for combat patients in the ongoing armed conflict, in East Ukraine since 2014.
Case Presentation: We report a clinical case of a 34-year-old Caucasian combat patient who was injured after an explosion of a booby trap hand grenade.
