Importance: Early discharge after colorectal surgery has been advocated. However, there is little research evaluating clinical and/or laboratory criteria to determine who can be safely discharged early.

Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic performance of a C-reactive protein (CRP) level combined with 4 clinical criteria in ruling out an anastomotic leak and therefore allowing an early discharge on postoperative day 2 or 3.

Food oral immunotherapy (OIT) is a promising treatment for persistent and severe food allergies (FAs) in children, but also for accelerating tolerance to cow's milk and cooked egg in young children. Polypoid endometriosis is a rare form of endometriosis that corresponds to a benign variant but which systematically mimics malignant tumors. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is the preferred imaging modality for these lesions. We present herein a case of a 43-year-old female with recent pelvic pain and longstanding dyspareunia related to polypoid endometriosis of the Douglas pouch.
