Background: This study evaluates the oncological outcomes and toxicities of indolent ocular adnexal and orbital lymphomas (OOLs) treated with radiotherapy (RT) ± systemic therapy.
Methods: A retrospective analysis of 44 patients with indolent OOLs treated with RT was conducted.
Results: Most patients (87%) had early-stage disease.

Objective: Burkitt lymphoma (BL) is an aggressive form of non-Hodgkin lymphoma with the sporadic subtype being predominant in North America. The clinical presentations and outcomes of pediatric BL within the head and neck were assessed using both an institutional case series and the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) Cancer database.
Methods: The electronic medical record at our quaternary children's hospital was queried over a 22-year period (2000-2022) for BL patients with head and neck manifestations.

Objective: It is difficult to identify disease entities underlying lymphadenopathy in the head and neck region based solely on imaging. This often results in metastatic squamous cell carcinoma (Sqcc)-induced lymphadenopathy being mistaken for lymphoma. This study aimed to analyze clinical characteristics and computed tomographic features that aid in distinguishing between metastatic Sqcc and lymphoma when lymphadenopathy resembles a large solitary lymphoma.

Lymphoma is a common malignancy in children. It is the second most common malignancy in children older than 1 year of age. Most extranodal non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) in the head and neck is usually caused by diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), but pediatric DLBCL with cluster of differentiation (CD)5 expression is rarely discussed in the literature.

Nasal Extranodal NK/T Cell Lymphoma is an aggressive tumour affecting the nasal and midline structures, causing surrounding tissue destruction as the result of its progression. The initial presentations are similar to symptoms of benign nasal polyps, such as nasal obstruction, hyposmia and nasal discharge. As the disease progresses, the involvement of the palate, paranasal sinuses, orbit and skin become alarming symptoms.

Background: Anti-IL-4 receptor α antibody (dupilumab) has demonstrated favorable sinonasal outcomes for chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP), which is mainly caused by type 2 inflammation. Although increased blood eosinophil levels and injection site symptoms are frequently observed as acute adverse events (AEs) of dupilumab, limited knowledge is available regarding the late AEs of dupilumab for CRSwNP.
Objectives: We investigated the late AEs following the initiation of dupilumab treatment for CRSwNP.

Background: Electronic Prospective Surveillance Models (ePSMs) remotely monitor the rehabilitation needs of people with cancer via patient-reported outcomes at pre-defined time points during cancer care and deliver support, including links to self-management education and community programs, and recommendations for further clinical screening and rehabilitation referrals. Previous guidance on implementing ePSMs lacks sufficient detail on approaches to select implementation strategies for these systems. The purpose of this article is to describe how we developed an implementation plan for REACH, an ePSM system designed for breast, colorectal, lymphoma, and head and neck cancers.

Introduction: An electronic prospective surveillance model (ePSM) uses patient-reported outcomes to monitor impairments along the cancer pathway for timely management. Randomised controlled trials show that ePSMs can effectively manage cancer-related impairments. However, ePSMs are not routinely embedded into practice and evidence-based approaches to implement them are limited.

Unlabelled: This study aims to to establish a diagnosis model based on simple clinical features for children with cervical histiocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis or malignant lymphoma. Simple clinical features of pediatric patients were analyzed to develop a diagnosis model based on a comparison of classical machine-learning algorithms. This was a single-center retrospective study in a tertiary pediatrics hospital.
