Background: To clarify the research prospect and mechanism analysis of isorhamnetin as a therapeutic drug for bladder cancer.

Methods: Firstly, the effects of different concentrations of isorhamnetin on the expression of PPARγ/PTEN/Akt pathway protein, CA9, PPARγ, PTEN and AKT protein were discussed by western blot. The effects of isorhamnetin on the growth of bladder cells were also analyzed.

Linaclotide for treating patients with irritable bowel syndrome with predominant constipation: a multicentre study of real-world data in China.

Introduction: Linaclotide, a guanylate cyclase C agonist that improves the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome with predominant constipation (IBS-C), has been recently approved for IBS-C treatment. This study aimed to report real-world data on linaclotide treatment in China.

Methods: This was a prospective multicentre study of the effectiveness of linaclotide treatment in patients with IBS-C from 10 primary medical institutions.

This study was to explore the application value for central venous stenosis and occlusion in hemodialysis patients under the CT angiography based on intelligent segmentation algorithm, so that patients can survive better. In this study, a rapid and sensitive LC-MS/MS method was established and validated for the determination of 5-hydroxy-4-methoxycanthin-6-one in rat plasma. Small quantities (20 μL) of plasma sample were used for sample preparation.
