Methods: A Bayesian network meta-analysis of literature searches within PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase, and Web of Science databases from their inception to February 21 2021 was conducted without language restrictions. Paired and network meta-analyses of random effects were used to estimate the total standardized mean deviations (SMDs) and odds ratios (ORs).

Few reports about successful forefoot replantation in children have been published. In this article, we present a case of a 3-year-old boy with severe complete amputation of the left forefoot from a crushed and degloved injury in a motorcycle accident. The replantation was successfully performed, even though total ischemia time lasted 8 hours, of which 4 hours was cold ischemia time.

Methods: We reviewed the records of patients with a nail bed injury combined with a soft tissue defect, who were surgically treated at our hospital from 2015 through 2018. According to the Allen classification, 5 patients were characterized as type 2 and 3 were characterized as type 3.

Osteosarcoma (OS) is the most common bone tumor that occurs predominantly in children and teenagers. Although many genes, such as p53 and Rb1, have been shown to be mutated, deregulation of the canonical Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway is frequently observed in OS. We recently demonstrated that heat shock protein 90 (HSP90) is involved in the regulation of runt-related transcription factor 2 via the AKT/GSK-3β/β-catenin signaling pathway in OS.

Integrin β1 is known to be involved in differentiation, migration, proliferation, wound repair, tissue development, and organogenesis. In order to analyze the binding probability between integrin β1 ligand and cluster of differentiation 29 (CD29) receptors, atomic force microscopy (AFM) was used to detect native integrin β1-coupled receptors on the surface of human adipose-derived stem cells (hADSc). The binding probability of integrin β1 ligand-receptor interaction was probed by integrin β1-functionalized tips on hADSc during early chondrogenic differentiation at the two-dimensional cell culture level.
