Objective: Femoroacetabular impingement (FAI) is the result of abnormal contact between the proximal femur and the acetabulum rim. Pincer impingement is the result of a globally deep acetabulum, focal anterior overcoverage or less commonly posterior overcoverage. The presence of radiological signs of femoroacetabular impingement (FAI) is not necessarily associated with symptoms.

The goal of these recommendations is to provide a framework to practitioners for implementing useful, evidence-based recommendations for the preparation of platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) and its use in various dermatological indications. The Indian Association of Dermatologists, Venereologists and Leprologists (IADVL) assigned the task of preparing these recommendations to its taskforce on platelet-rich plasma. A comprehensive literature search was done in the English language on the PRF across multiple databases.

Conjoined twins represent a very rare congenital anomaly, and the dicephalic dibrachius dipus (DDD) type of conjoined twinning is so rare that the exact prevalence is unknown. Only a few published case studies have mentioned this anomaly. Not enough data are available where antenatal ultrasonography (USG) and MRI have been employed in the workup of such cases.

Objective: Laryngotracheal reconstructive surgery very often requires placement of laryngeal stents, but most of the available stents either do not conform to the shape of the glottis or are open at the upper end, causing significant tissue reaction and aspiration. LT-Mold is an ideal stent in this respect, but it is not readily available.

Case Report: The authors of this study fashioned a laryngeal stent out of a readily available Montgomery T-tube in such a way that it had a closed upper end and was well-conformed to the architecture of the larynx.

Leukoencephalopathy, cerebral calcifications, and cysts (LCC) form a very rare association which is named as "Labrune syndrome" after Labrune who reported the first case in 1996. To the best of our knowledge only eight to 10 cases have been reported in literature to date. We report a case of a 26-year-old male with onset of neurological symptoms in late adolescence (at 19 years of age) and presented with complains of continued seizures for 7 years, giddiness with imbalance, and slowly progressive motor symptoms.

Colostrum feeding is known for its immune benefits for reduction in nosocomial sepsis, necrotizing enterocolitis, and ventilator-associated pneumonias. Colostrum feeding also helps in improving breastfeeding rates and early discharge of vulnerable neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) babies. The objective of this study was to improve early colostrum feeding/oropharyngeal colostrum administration in a busy tertiary NICU in India.
