Network analysis offers novel perspectives for understanding the interactions of psychopathological variables. This study aims to elucidate the relationship between burnout and sleep disturbances among firefighters through network analysis.

Network intervention analysis to assess the trajectory of change and intervention effects associated with the use of self-control training for ego depletion aftereffects.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to use the advanced technique of Network Intervention Analysis (NIA) to investigate the trajectory of symptom change associated with the effects of self-control training on youth university students' chronic ego depletion aftereffects.

Methods: The nine nodes of chronic ego depletion aftereffects and integrated self-control training were taken as nodes in the network and analyzed using NIA. Networks were computed at the baseline, at the end of treatment, at 1-, 3-, 6-, 9- and 12-month follow up.

Supramolecular Hydrogel Based on Chlorambucil and Peptide Drug for Cancer Combination Therapy.

Supramolecular hydrogels of self-assembling peptide-drug conjugates have been considered as effective self-delivery drug systems for cancer therapy in recent years. Here, a novel self-assembling peptide-based supramolecular hydrogel was developed by simultaneously conjugating small-molecule drug chlorambucil (CRB) and peptide drug tyroservatide (YSV) to the self-assembling peptide. The resulting hydrogel with a nanofiber structure showed enhanced stability against proteinase K degradation and an improved cellular uptake performance in comparison with the free molecules.
