Perfluorinated substances (PFASs) are harmful pollutants that have environmental persistence and high bioaccumulation. Effective sample pretreatment must be performed to detect trace or even ultra-trace PFASs in actual samples because of their extremely low contents in complex samples. In this study, a cationic hierarchical porous covalent organic frameworks (C-H-COF) were customized via a template-assisted strategy using polystyrene spheres (PS) as sacrificial materials and a post-synthetic modification method.

By using the methods of literature, mathematical analysis, and comparative analysis, this study expounds the origin and development history of the culture of Hydrangea and the movement of throwing Hydrangea, studies the representative technical theory of high-pole throwing Hydrangea, and makes a comparative analysis with the angle, speed, and other technical movements of throwing Hydrangea in teaching and training, as well as the trajectory data of the arc top height, circle range, and landing point of the parabola of Hydrangea. This study discusses the technical problems existing in the high shot Hydrangea competition of the two students Games in Guangxi. The research shows that projection technology is the foundation and core element of the survival and development of high-pole throwing Hydrangea; the existing projection technology has a certain positive effect on teaching, but it has shortcomings for high-level training and competition.

To analyze the causes of muscle soreness and injury during precompetition training in university sports meet and taking the DOMS mechanism as the main line to find a reasonable way to deal with the muscle pain and prevent the injury, 125 college students participating in stadium games training were randomly selected. The muscle pain and injury during the training were obtained through interviews, mathematical statistics, and literature review. The information of exercise load, pain and injury type, exercise ability, pain degree, and recovery time was comprehensively analyzed to study the mechanism of pain and injury formation.

The reactions of -Pt(DMSO)Cl and tropolone (HL) with 8-hydroxyquinoline (HQ) or 2-methyl-8-hydroxyquinoline (HMQ) gave [Pt(Q)(L)] () and [Pt(MQ)(L)] (), which present mononuclear structures with their Pt(II) ions four-coordinated in square planar geometries. Their in vitro biological properties were evaluated by MTT assay, which showed a remarkable cytotoxic activity on the cancer cell lines. shows higher cytotoxic activities on tumor cells such as T24, HeLa, A549, and NCI-H460 than complex and cisplatin, with IC values <16 μM.

Design and construction of a matrix with specific adsorption on the target compounds can effectively reduce the detection limit of surface-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (SALDI-TOF MS) analysis. Sulfonic acid functionalized hierarchical porous covalent organic frameworks (H-COF-SOH) was synthesized by defect-structure and post-modification method, and then used as matrix and adsorbent for the determination of quaternary ammonium herbicides paraquat (PQ) and diquat (DQ). N adsorption-desorption experiments confirmed that H-COF-SOH possesses hierarchical porosity with pore widths concentrated at 1.

Our previously reported copper-based complexes of tropolone show nice antitumor effects, but with high cytotoxicity to normal cells, which is presumably caused by copper ions. Here, we managed to achieve this challenge by using other 3D metals to replace copper ions. We thus prepared four mononuclear 3D metal complexes [M(phen)L2] (M = Mn, Co, Ni, and Zn for 1-4, respectively).

Pore size and functionalization are two critical factors for covalent organic frameworks (COFs) as effective adsorbents. However, due to the low crystallinity of COFs, it is a grand challenge to accomplish pore diameter adjustment and functionalization at the same time. In this work, we developed a simple and ingenious strategy, cutting off linkage, to synchronously construct hierarchical porosity and modify thiol groups in COFs under mild conditions.

To address the undesirably low porosity of phenolic resin, a new material termed magnetic mesoporous metal-phenolic coordination spheres (FeO@Co-TA) was synthesized by chelating tannic acid (TA) with metal ions. FeO@Co-TA was characterized by transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, hysteresis loop (B-H) analysis, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, and N adsorption-desorption. The results indicated that the new material comprises mesopores (2 nm and 3 nm) and exhibits a good magnetic response (44 emu/g).
