Methods: BMMSC-Exos were isolated and transplanted into the fracture site in a rat model of femoral nonunion (Exo group) every week.

In this paper, 64-slice spiral computed tomography (CT) retrospective electrocardiographic (ECG) gating technology was used to perform coronary CT angiography scans. The aorta and aortic pulmonary artery diameter were measured quantitatively in healthy people and patients with hypertension and cerebrovascular disease. Corresponding aortic pulmonary artery ratios were obtained through calculation, and the changes of aortic diameter, aortic pulmonary artery ratio, and aortic diameter difference between different cardiac phases, ages, sexes, and levels of hypertension were discussed.

Background: This study aimed to observe the hypoglycemic effect of cassia seed extract in rats with type-2 diabetes mellitus and its effect on reducing insulin resistance in the skeletal muscle.
Methods: 50 rats were randomly divided into the normal, model, high-dose, middle-dose, and low-dose groups of cassia seed extract (n = 10 each). A high-fat diet combined with streptozotocin administration was adopted to build type 2 diabetes models.

Objective: To examine the clinical effect of computed tomography angiography (CTA) on parameters of intracranial aneurysms in different locations and with different sizes using digital subtraction angiography (DSA) as the standard.
Methods: Patients with intracranial aneurysms who underwent CTA examinations at the same center and received DSA examinations within 3 days were analyzed retrospectively. The morphological parameters of the aneurysms and parent arteries were measured with these two methods.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of miR-210 abnormal expression on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-treated primary human periodontal ligament cells (PDLCs). The miR-210 level was identified in gingival tissues from patients with chronic periodontitis (CP) and healthy subjects as well as LPS-treated PDLCs by qRT-PCR. Cell viability, apoptotic cells, expression of proteins associated with apoptosis, and release of inflammatory factors in LPS-treated PDLCs were measured using MTT assay, flow cytometry assay, western blotting and ELISA, respectively.
