Follicular lymphoma (FL) is an indolent disease, characterized by a median life expectancy of 18-20 years and by intermittent periods of relapse and remission. FL frequently transforms into the more aggressive diffuse large B cell lymphoma (t-FL). In previous studies, the analysis of immunoglobulin heavy chain variable region (IgHV) genes in sequential biopsies from the same patient revealed two different patterns of tumor clonal evolution: direct evolution, through acquisition of additional IgHV mutations over time, or divergent evolution, in which lymphoma clones from serial biopsies independently develop from a less-mutated common progenitor cell (CPC).

Lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) are at the forefront of energy storage and highly demanded in consumer electronics due to their high energy density, long battery life, and great flexibility. However, LIBs usually suffer from obvious capacity reduction, security problems, and a sharp decline in cycle life under low temperatures, especially below 0 °C, which can be mainly ascribed to the decrease in Li diffusion coefficient in both electrodes and electrolyte, poor transfer kinetics on the interphase, high Li desolvation barrier in the electrolyte, and severe Li plating and dendrite. Targeting such issues, approaches to improve the kinetics and stability of cathodes are also dissected, followed by the evaluation of the application prospects and modifications between various anodes and the strategies of electrolyte design including cosolvent, blended Li salts, high-concentration electrolyte, and additive introduction.

The spindle is a dynamic intracellular structure self-organized from microtubules and microtubule-associated proteins. The spindle's bipolar morphology is essential for the faithful segregation of chromosomes during cell division, and it is robustly maintained by multifaceted mechanisms. However, abnormally shaped spindles, such as multipolar spindles, can stochastically arise in a cell population and cause chromosome segregation errors.

The fundamental essence of life is based on process of interaction between nucleic acids and proteins. In a prebiotic world, amino acids, peptides, ions, and other metabolites acted in protobiotic routes at the same time on which RNAs performed catalysis and self-replication. Nevertheless, it was only when nucleic acids and peptides started to interact together in an organized process that life emerged.

Lithium-sulfur (Li-S) batteries can theoretically deliver high energy densities exceeding 2500 Wh kg. However, high sulfur loading and lean electrolyte conditions are two major requirements to enhance the actual energy density of the Li-S batteries. Herein, the use of carbon-dispersed highly concentrated electrolyte (HCE) gels with sparingly solvating characteristics as sulfur hosts in Li-S batteries is proposed as a unique approach to construct continuous electron-transport and ion-conduction paths in sulfur cathodes as well as achieve high energy density under lean-electrolyte conditions.
