Male infertility is a complex multifactorial disease and a real health problem; 50% of infertile men have identifiable causes detectable by fundamental sperm analysis. Numerous research studies have shown the possibility of treating abnormal semen samples with some drugs before artificial insemination, yet evidence of the drug's effectiveness remains minimal. In our previous work, we tested the effectiveness of some essential oils, such as eucalyptus ( Labill.

A efficient protocol has been developed for the synthesis of regioselective imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine and imidazo[1,2-a]pyrimidine derivatives through cascade reaction between 2-aminopyridine, arylelglyoxal, and 4-hydroxypyran via three-component reaction to prepare targeted compounds with good to excellent yields. The advantages of this transformation are a catalyst-free reaction, green solvent, operationally simple, scalable, and eco-friendly. The product collects with simple filtration which avoided tedious and expensive purification techniques.

The aim of this study was to isolate and characterize bovine-vaginal probiotics genotypically and phenotypically using and evaluate their performance in buffaloes with endometritis. For the isolation and characterization, vaginal swabs were collected from 34 cows and 17 buffaloes, and 709 primary bacterial isolates with probiotic activity were obtained using MRS agar media. Two isolates KUGBRC (LPKUGBRC) and GBRCKU (PPGBRCKU) demonstrated optimum probiotic activities as compared to GG including, acid production, secretion of fatty acids and exopolysaccharide, cell surface hydrophobicity, self-aggregating and co-aggregating capacity with pathogens, anti-microbial activity and bacteriocin-like compounds against pathogens and in cell-free supernatant and absence of hemolytic activity.

Gene therapy enables the introduction of nucleic acids like DNA and RNA into host cells, and is expected to revolutionize the treatment of a wide range of diseases. This growth has been further accelerated by the discovery of CRISPR/Cas technology, which allows accurate genomic editing in a broad range of cells and organisms . Despite many advances in gene delivery and the development of various viral and non-viral gene delivery vectors, the lack of highly efficient non-viral systems with low cellular toxicity remains a challenge.
