Objective: To determine the correlation of Apolipoprotein E (ApoE) gene polymorphism with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and aspirin (APC) resistance after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).
Methods: In this randomized controlled trial (The Second People's Hospital of Lianyungang Ethics Committee No.L1719), a total of 120 AMI patients admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Lianyungang from January 2019 to June 2020 were enrolled into the research group (Res group) and 120 healthy individuals during the same time period into the control group (Con group).
